I don't even understand that reasoning on your part. The Foundation could still be all those things and still do good work. It's not a shell entity like WJC LLC.

The "ignorance" part of this whole thing squashes this though doesn't it?  It's hard to say she was giving information to people who weren't suppose to have it if she didn't understand what the information was in the first place right?  If she doesn't know what it is, how is she suppose to know who's not allowed to have it?  That's why I say the ignorance angle is pretty much the only path for her in this situation outside of acknowledging and moving on.  

 
Yesterday Donald Trunp referred to the email/foundation story (he mentioned both so it was hard to distinguish what he was talking about) as "the biggest political scandal in American history" and "worse than Watergate!" All the while the crowd yelled "Lock her up! Lock her up!"

Where do you predict Bill and Hillary will fall on the related Presidents list?  Bill has an average ranking of 20.

- Franklin Delano Roosevelt (the 32nd president) was a fifth cousin of Theodore Roosevelt (the 26th president) - total ranking 7 (2 and 5).

- John Quincy Adams (the 6th president) was the son of John Adams (the 2nd president) - total ranking 33 (21 and 12).

- James Madison (the 4th president) and Zachary Taylor (the 12th president) were second cousins - total ranking 49 (14 and 35).

- George W. Bush (the 43rd president) is the son of George Bush (the 41st president) - total ranking 56 (34 and 22).

I don't think she'll be as bad as W so they should rank higher than the Bush's.  If she does even as well as Carter the Clintons will rank higher than Madison/Taylor.

I'm complaining because the hatred of Hillary is downright scary. And Im complaining because 90% of the criticism against Hillary Clinton is unjustified, as this thread has demonstrated IMO. About 10% she owns. But 90% is based on lies generated by the Vast Right Wing Movement (it's not a conspiracy, sorry Saints!) that has been out to get her for 25  years.

They were basically flogged into dragging this thing on. They rolled their eyes every time Trey Gowdy called them for the latest summary. They likely considered the whole charade a colossal waste of time.

Consider decisions like the one Obama made to take out Bin Laden- all the intelligence that had to be absorbed and considered, all the pros and cons and variables to be weighed, etc.  And I assume that presidents make similar decisions that we don't know about or don't think about somewhat frequently. If you prefer to keep it bipartisan, consider Bush's (correct) decision to sign TARP.

And then I imagine Donald Trump being the one asked to consider all that information and make the right decisions. How anyone is OK with that is mind-boggling.

Best case: If she and Bill keep their nose clean they can fall in the same category as Bill, which leaving out the scandal would put them in the middle third tier IMO. The economy was fantastic under Bill so if they do that well again move them up to the top of the tier. If you count scandal and ethics then they're back in the top of the bottom third tier IMO.

Hyperbole probably isn't the way to get your point across.  This thread should tell you that.  I, of course, disagree with your assessment that 90% is based on lies.  I do agree a lot of the hyperbole towards her has gotten out of control though.  It's absurd.  However, 95+% of the hyperbole against her through all the "scandals" is based on real concerns around her ethics, judgment and character.  She has brought those things into question on her own.  Strip the hyperbole away from these "scandals" and you'll find almost all of them get back to questionable actions in those areas.  The ones that are completely absurd like killing Vince Foster get to that level of VRWC you talk about and I agree with you there, but there's a lot more legitimacy here than you want to acknowledge.  It doesn't help things that people continue to blur the line between "right/wrong" and "legal/illegal".

I was a good friend with a kid who ended up being radicalized and left to fight for Al-Shaabab in Somalia.  Does that make me complicit in terrorism?

It's much more likely that neither one of them did.

None of the victims have claimed Bill was involved. You jump to that conclusion because you always assume the worst about the Clintons.

Follow the original posts.  Somone posted a litany of facts tying Trump to the sex ring.  I had made the accusation against Bill, because I find it highly unlikely he partook -- which is rape.

Do you find no problem that her lawyers used a program called Bleachbit to delete her emails?  Let me repeat that.  Bleachbit.  A program whose main and sole purpose is to delete emails with little chance of recovery.  In essence, like throwing a piece of paper in a shredding machine.  I know it's been mentioned in here already but just curious on your thoughts on why that program would be used.  I'll hang up and listen....

Before they answer: it has been established that despite the lies these were work emails that by law needed to be preserved...  Unless.  What's the unless?  Why did she/they want these gone forever?

The system is setup so one person can't do serious damage to the country. He won't be a king. Hillary on the other hand would be a queen, because... well... she already thinks she is one.
