She donated 100K to own her charity and wrote it off her own taxes.  She's a lying cheat too that loves taxing everyone else but not paying them herself.  Trump is bad but you're candidate is in the same pond of scum as him.

I have personally linked to multiple sketchy actions on the DNC's part when you've asked this before.  The fact is, the DNC did a lot of things to favor Hillary, including some that were illegal or unethical.  I don't believe any of it mattered, and Hillary would have beaten Sanders anyway.  But, yes, there's not really any question that the DNC did try to rig the process.

One pays taxes on her income, gave to her charity, and used that money to fight AIDS  

One doesnt pay taxes on income, got other people to give to his charity, and used that money to bribe law enforcement, buy portraits of himself, and settle petty personal lawsuits. 

Both are equally bad to the Trumpies

I'd agree with this normally, but then I realize that I've NEVER feared a specific candidate the way I fear Trump...and I'm far from alone in that sentiment.

Tim is absolutely nuts in his blind faith and support of Hillary though...and it's beyond :lmao: to consider her a "strong" candidate...just too many potential scandals, even if most of them are dramatically overstated by a conservative right with an irrational hatred of what is actually a very centrist Democrat.

This is a lost argument Tim...the DNC absolutely stacked the deck against Sanders, so calling it "rigged" barely qualifies as a stretch, and certainly isn't a "lie"

That said, the rest of what you wrote is true. Sander's platform was significantly different than the party platform, and it's wrong to assume that the party had an obligation to provide a completely level playing field for a guy who ran on a "Democratic Socialist" tag most of his career and only recently went Democrat in an attempt to reform a major party platform and get his ideas more into the mainstream. Sanders is the only candidate I've ever donated to, and will probably be the only one I ever donate to, but I disagree with those harboring ill-will about a "fixed" primary for the reasons you and I have both stated. Just because it wasn't fixed doesn't mean it was "level" though.

I know...but I did think you were adopting that idea.

I dislike Hillary the human immensely, but I loathe Trump. Hillary the politician is palatable, she has the experience and the ability to work with others, and most of her ideas/platform are at least reasonably comparable to what I would prefer.

I'd love to see a candidate with the cahones to run on a platform looking to cut active military spending by 25-30% over 6-8 years and put that money into higher education, a single payer health insurance system, and infrastructure. We can no longer afford to act as the world's policemen, and we're spending twice what we need to to protect our own borders. If another Hitler came along, we have enough here we could ramp back up easily enough.Our military spending is obscene, and renders irrelevant all discussion regarding available funds for other programs and needs, but politicians refuse to address it in any meaningful way.

Nah, I admittedly was just being a smart ###. :P  

As to your second point, I probably agree.  While Clinton isn't a good candidate by any stretch of the imagination, she is still more qualified than Trump...which isn't saying much, or really anything.  He is not qualified AT ALL.  That said, I could never in good conscience vote for either of them, so neither is getting my vote in November. 

Oh, and as to her working with others, it should be interesting to see how that goes after she wins and is in office.  Will she be so willing to work with Republicans who are part of this imaginary "vast right wing conspiracy" she has been babbling about for decades? And will Republicans in Congress be willing and able to swallow their pride and work with her?
