It's one of the emails she deleted before turning over the server, but they were able to find it. Chelsea, of course, is not authorized to receive classified intel.

Yeah, that's a no-no.

- 15 year declassification from the time of sending, so it was classified when sent.

We've got:

- Foreign relations / foreign government activities

- Foreign government information.

- B1 national defense or national security information.

- B5 executive privilege.

- B6 private/personal information of some kind.

The President's chief of staff Dennis McDonough is on there.

So is NSA advisor Ben Rhodes.

Yeah that's a problem.

That's really odd:

- Hillary emails Chelsea.

- Somehow this gets back to the US trade rep Michael Froman. No indication how it gets to him.

- Executive staff is then copied, including NSA & Pres. Obama's COS.

- It gets kicked back to Hillary.

- Who kicks it back to Chelsea.

That's when it was marked and that is the big debate with Hillary. Some information - typically national security information - is classified when sent even if not marked If you look at the declassification date you will see it is exactly 15 years from the date of sending. The date of declassification is 12/18/2024. The national security classifications pop in when Michael Froman emails on 12/19/09.

Hillary claims - and the FBI accepted - that she could not tell what was classified. Basically they accepted that she could not tell her ### from her elbow when it came to national security information.

Here the NSA advisor, the chief of staff, and the US Trade Representative are copied. That gets tougher to argue by a lot. I don't recall seeing any emails with executive staff before this either.

How does this change anything from the standard of intent?  We knew she was irresponsible, so what's new?

I think he is referring to the wikileak that Hillary forwarded a classified email to Chelsea, whom was using an alias.  Just so happened to be one of the ones that was accidentally Bleached.  Interestingly she wanted an email of her forwarding classified info to an unclassified citizen deleted.

Professor of Public Interest Law at George Washington University Law School John Banzhaf talked with Breitbart News Daily SiriusXM host Alex Marlow on Friday about complications that would emerge if Hillary Clinton pardoned herself after inauguration if she were elected president.


While pointing out that normal notions of a conflict of interest do not apply to presidential pardons, Banzhaf said, “Some could argue that she can’t pardon herself. We don’t know the answer and perhaps more disturbingly, it may be impossible for that case ever to get into court.”

Added Banzhaf, “Nobody may have what we call legal standing. There are other doctrines that courts could invoke. You don’t have kind of a neutral or third party or third branch referee to decide. She says, ‘I pardon myself, and that’s it, and it’s over.’ Presumably, the other party would say, ‘No, it’s not,’ and then what happens from there?”

Banzhaf also pointed out that even if she does not pardon herself, there is “strong precedent that a sitting president cannot be indicted and charged.”

Interesting.  Didn't think she could do this (or is this guy out of his gourd - this is Bretibart here).  The point on standing is also pretty interesting.

The standard doesn't change, only Hillary's actions in light of it could change. Actually the email also says just 'Confidential'. So that does not rise to the Secret level which is where the real jeopardy starts.

If Saints is correct with his theory then he should be able to point to well over 2000 emails where the date of the email and the declassification date are out of sync.  Since this is all at his finger tips this should be easy to demonstrate.    

 
Twitter suppressed #SpiritCooking after it was trending for almost 24hrs.  It went from the top to gone.

This "national security information" was contained on a non classified system being freely emailed around and not one of these other people raised an eye brow including someone at NSA about this "extremely careless" inappropriate behavior!
