Supreme Court nominees do not pledge to overturn recent Supreme Court precedent, like, ever. (Nor are they likely to vote to overturn it if given the chance, though they may distinguish it while upholding new regulations on Super PACs.)

Romney wasn't polling in the teens with Hispanics (27% to Obama's 71%), not incidentally a demographic that has grown in the near half decade interval since.

I was expecting a watermelon photo opp on MLK day given his general massive racist-inflected tone deafness - The MONOLITHIC ONE speaks to Blacks like they all live in ghettos, get shot in the face the second they walk out the door, have lousy schools, are unemployed, etc., etc., etc.

The ill-conceived 3 AM fat/slut shaming tweets directed at former Miss Universe Alicia Machado killed two birds with one stone (Hispanic AND Women - plus, children in some instances may be following his Twitter account and he insanely instructed his followers to seek out a non-existent sex tape, earning the dubious distinction of first Presidential candidate to recommend porn???). Aside from the alleged sexual assaults, his offensive denials (they weren't attractive enough for his assault to be credible). The "nasty woman" slip up (final debate?). Like the million other unprecedented aspects of this election, ever been a major party Presidential candidate on his third wife? Obviously this list could be much, much, much longer.
It is as if he was inexplicably going out of his way to systematically alienate just about every possible non-white male sub-electorate?

Your claim about poverty is blantamtly false, the poverty rate bottomed out in 1973, there are more blacks in poverty today than ever. Let's look how blacks have done under Obama (see link below).

It is fairly well documented Trump used illegal immigrant Polish workers during the construction of Trump Tower (than reportedly stiffed them by threatening to report them, real humanitarian).
He was sued not once but twice by the government for discriminatory rental practices. Apps were coded C for colored. Undercover white applicants were told there were multiple available units immediately after undercover black applicants were told nothing was available. Trump spun the outcome as a "win" (as he was taught by mentor, Joseph McCarthy hatchet man Roy Cohn, an integral part of red baiting hysteria in the '50s, one of the darkest chapters in the US during the 20th century), and while he didn't have to admit guilt, he was forced to cease their racist rental practices.

Yeah, somehow the Republicans managed to nominate someone whose legal history is actually a wash with Clinton at the very best. I can't believe it either. Which leaves us with who has the experience and understanding of world issues to be president. Which one do you think is more qualified? The Secretary of State who helped kill Bin Laden? Or the guy who fired Dennis Rodman on celebrity apprentice and thinks we should build a $20bn wall?

This is just about business. Trump asked two times in a briefing why we can't use nukes since we have them. He wants to be "unpredictable" when it comes to nukes. He has advocated and been a proponent in interviews of nuclear proliferation, including Japan, North Korea and freaking Saudi Arabia (where did the bad actors from 9/11 come from again?). Trump is the living incarnation and embodiment of Martin Sheen's Greg Stillson in the Dead Zone.

If neither candidate get 270 Electoral votes, it reverts to the house, where the House will vote on the top-3 people receiving Electoral Votes - Hillary, Donald, and Bernie
Now, that still favors Trump - if states vote party line in the house - but Bernie could emerge as a compromise candidate in this situation.
