Pens will win but I can't think of the last time there was this big of an upset this late if the Sens pull it out somehow.  Was thinking the Flames knocking out 1 seeded Detroit then 2 seeded San Jose back in 2004, maybe someone else can think of something more recent.  What was Pittsburgh to start this series?  -250?  They were -200 tonight.
Oilers in 2006 were the 8 seed. Knocked out Red Wings, Ducks and Sharks to get to the SCF.

That's quite a run for the Sens, they were one shot away from the SCF.  I thought they were the second worse team in the playoffs behind Montreal.

Olczyk seems right to me. Can the strength at the Preds's back end compensate for Crosby-Malkin 1-2?

Fisher's health will be key.

I only follow in the playoffs, so I'll leave it to you guys. Interesting. Lace 'em up Monday.

I know. It took six games (including four OTs) in the first round to beat a Bruins team that was missing four regular defensemen.

Great run, though. Karlsson is such a stud.

Sens played terrible in OT, they deserved to lose. Felt like they changed shifts every 12 seconds.

Defend, get it out, dump it in, change shifts, rinse & repeat.

You guys in here are better than the Canada talk. No one gives a #### about the Sens. Cheering for a team because they're in your country is ####### stupid. Are you the same people yelling U-S-A when the Blue Jays play in Baltimore or some stupid ####. Come on now.

What about rooting against Vancouver just on merit?  Is that allowed?

I'm going to like both posts. I think it was tongue-in-cheek. It's like liking absurd and dark humor.

They've done an awful lot of on-ice post game interviews here. Like a post-Stanley Cup number. I've seen Kessel, Kunitz, Crosby and Schultz already. I think the NHL/SNET/whoever carries this in the states are sharing interviews/feeds, but still...

I call :bs: but still liked your post.  Godspeed gb.
I said "kind of"  .

Seriously, I've trained hard for the upcoming WSOP events and am more focused than ever.  The biggest hole in my game is letting myself get distracted with the phone and TV, when I'm not in a hand.  This is my Stanley Cup. I'm ready to win an event.

Canada media loves the storyline though. When will a team from Canada finally win a Cup again? Discussed ad nauseum.

They do love it but the idea that Canadians will rally behind whatever Canadian team is left is out of date, especially when the likes of Crosby and Subban are in the mix for US based teams.

I can cure the phone thing, it only comes out of my pocket on breaks.

Everytime the Habs come to Raleigh they focus is on when the Canes will move, they have their routine and they keep to it.

That's what I'm going to do.   Last year, I got a text during a hand and negotiated beating out six other offers for a client on a RE deal.  Constantly checking for texts, scores, etc isn't going to happen this year.

probably Burns, but should be Karlsson given he was 2nd in the league in blocked shots
In my opinion, and you guys watch more regular season league wide than me.  Karlsson is so handcuffed my not having another elite player on the ice

He covers all.  He always has to protect the d which limits his great o upside.
