Here we go again. Another superhero show with 3 episodes in and about 5 minutes of actual, well, super-hero'ing.

Disney: we don't want just another courtroom procedural. Even though the characters are compelling, they have to be super-powered and we need to see them doing super-powered stuff or this will fizzle. Sure it will attract some die-hards but it looks like you're still just trying to do a super hero show on the cheap (aka cash in).

Yeah I noticed that as well. Thought they were reworking for more DD and less Murdock but guess not. I am hoping it pays off though with the way this ep ended and what should be coming...

I’m pretty sure Daredevil comes out of retirement now.

I get the frustration of very little Daredevil in Daredevil but I believe there are 13 episodes and we’ve only seen 3 so far which have set up the overarching storyline.

Yeah, he is going to be "born again" (love the religious nod there).

The idea that he just risked his life/career for this guy and it is now all for nothing will probably push him back into that life.

I see a mix between "its great and the best MCU show yet" and "Disney ruined Daredevil". Doesn't seem to be any in between, love or hate...

I’m watching it and love the characters. The depth of the story isn’t there though even with there not being much action yet. What was so great about the first couple seasons was the development and tension buildup to everything.

This just feels rushed.

I could see being disappointed by the lack of action but calling the show “boring” says someone doesn’t appreciate great writing and dialogue - if it’s all action that would be boring after a while.

The weekly episode usually drops at 9pm, so I wait until Wednesday to watch. This past Wednesday night I cued up the next episode, watched, and moved on to something else. Today on social media I see something about 2 episodes had dropped this week. Wut? I watched the second episode that had dropped on Wednesday today.

Despite how this episode ended, I have a feeling the nuts part will leave it as a huge cliffhanger for the next season. But I'm here for it!
