ETA, anyone who is sick of the Stan Lee cameos should be banned from seeing any Marvel movies for the rest of time and should be stuck watching only DC super hero movies.

He offered up a couple of "no-Prizes" to anyone who could tell him what the M.M.M.S. stood for...I thought it was a cool idea to tie a few things of marvel history together while he was portraying Stan Lee at school. He had all his stuff together, including his Marvel Heroes figures, Avengers Marvel Masterworks edition, and even some poster printouts from the 60s/70s showing Marvel characters like Cap, Thing, and Namor. He did a pretty good job on it.-fish- said:did he get a no-prize?

Liked the 1st movie soundtrack way better but maybe after a few dozen viewings Vol. 2 will grow on me as well.Held up for me on second viewing. I think I liked the music better the second time. Also think I enjoyed the finale more than I had the first time.
Great catch! At the beginning of the movie, just before the fight with the inter-dimensional beast during the opening credits. Quill checks some scanner and sees the beast is coming.
Look closely and it's a repurposed Mattel Electronics football game from the 1980s. Can still read the faded logo across the top, and has the original buttons and sounds, though the display is different to show the approaching beast.
I assumed he was just making up the bit about it being a scanner and was playing the game.Look closely and it's a repurposed Mattel Electronics football game from the 1980s.
