'Official' Money Talks thread (1 Viewer)

Can't believe with all the degenerate gamblers on here no one has started a thread on this show.

'I'm not a bookie. I'm a bookie killer.'

I'm watching the fifth episode right now.

This guy is a joke ... So fake. But the show is so awesome.

This guy is such a BS artist, it's staggering. I cannot believe that people with as much skrilla as some of these cats have are gullible enough to be snowed by this creep.

I absolutely love the show, I just can't believe it. Has this guy ever picked an underdog in his life? I mean, it's obvious why he does what he does, but it's just so transparent.
Seriously have not seen him pick a dog in 8 episodes.

It's easier to sell the favorite as an ABSOLUTE BLOW.....OUT WINNER!, after all.
Easier to explain away a loss as a "fluke" if a favorite loses too. He convinces someone to get on the Browns +8 and they lose 33-0 and that's tougher to rationalize.

For those who may not be sure, the show is a complete sham. They showed guys betting one game, watching it, then doubling up on "the next game." But Truck did some research and discovered that the games were played at the same time.

Also, Steve Stevens, "the best sports consultant in the business", is a complete unknown to all of the reputable people in the industry.

100% sham.

And he is a convicted felon.

Notaro has been arrested and convicted in telemarketing scams going back to 1999. He was sentenced to a year in prison at age 25 for a scheme that "bilked elderly citizens across the nation out of at least $234,000," according to the Las Vegas Sun: http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/1999...am-of-elderly/

CNBC actually admitted to knowing about his 1999 conviction! A spokesman said this:

We are aware of Steve Stevens’ 1999 conviction and while we are very clear in the press release that VIP Sports clients risk big dollars in the hopes that Stevens and his agents have the expertise to consistently deliver winners, viewers should tune in on September 10th at 10pm ET/PT to draw their own conclusions about VIP Sports. We are merely betting that viewers will be interested in the world of touts and handicappers and in no way endorse either Stevens’ picks or his business model.

I love when the black dude comes into town how his voice changes and he starts using more urban slang.

When the country folks are in town, I swear you can hear him with a southern accent when talking to them at the beginning of the show.

Guy is a total knob.

Best way to have perelli call me and I record the fishing trip?
Sign up with a tout service. Clearly that's where they buy their leads. These services must lose tremendous numbers of customers and gain additional revenue by selling the names and numbers to other touts.

This show is entertaining. Steve Stevens with another absolute blowout winner and you can take that to the bank.

They have a website. You can enter your number and they'll call you within a few minutes. GPJ spoke to Pirelli twice already.

I got Skipper on the phone once.
Can someone link to the posts regarding these conversations? I'd LOVE to read it, but that thread is frigging enormous.

Thanks, Ruds.

Who is the jack-### on the video? Looks like a set up ...can't imagine.
I've seen other videos with him in them over there over the course of time.

It's...real.
Yea - I venture over there every once in awhile and he is always posting videos. Guy has like 140k posts over there, not much of a life. I went back over there the other day and he had a new video of his new "pad". Maybe he will be getting some action soon. What a goofball, but he's somewhat entertaining.

Here's a surprise..... his two big losers so far in tonight's episode:

- Oregon -20 in college football. They lose to Arizona outright, 42-16.

- Creighton -19 in college basketball. They beat Tulsa by ten.
