Are you perplexed by people's odd behavior? Well then this is the thread for you!
I walk around my work's office park twice a day and ever since I've been doing so, have noticed that someone dumps their empty weed vials in the bushes in the parking lot.
Why would someone do this? Do they not have trash cans where they live?
They toss 2-3 vials a week. It's really odd, and has been on mind trying to figure out what could possibly be the reason.
What say you about this... and any other odd behaviors you see people do on the regular that you can't figure out?
