got tickets to the 27th and the 31st.

i may not be able to make the 27th show, anyone want to swap tixs for another day?

So I gave up at 12:30 or so....I knew it was still possible with the TOOS tease up, but I promised my son we'd go to Browns camp today (I had the day off work). The wife calls at about 12:40 while I'm driving and asks if I want her to keep trying. I said I didn't care if she wanted to that would be cool...told her I should be logged in to just look for the 31st tickets in Goods. Get a call back about 12:50 and she said she got tickets. Didn't believe her...and she was still on the credit card screen, so I didn't get my hopes up. She got through and I'm looking at my email right now. Joy!

A buddy of mine got a pair so we'll be driving in Friday for both shows. Gotta hook up some Friday tickets now. One friend just wants to wait til we are there...I'm gonna check out some sites though to see what's out there.

From my experience, Lots A,B,C,H, and F are the best for tailgating at Spectrum shows. Basically the lots in between the Wachovia Center and Spectrum and the Wachovia Center lot that fronts Broad Street. That's where most of the action is usually.

You also have the lots that sit next to the ballpark where the Vet used to stand but they are on the other side of Pattison Ave.

If you're staying at the Holiday Inn, you have about a 3 minute walk to any of the lots in the complex. You also have Benny the Bums Bar at the hotel for morning booze warmup pre tailgating.

I advise anyone not from the area to head straight to the Vedder tailgate. We always party it up the right way with plenty of booze, Pearl Jam blastin on the speakers, and food.

I'm sure details will come together as we get closer to the event and I'll keep everyone posted. Zilla, TU, and TF hung out at the last Camden shows and we had a good time.

Looks like a very accurate map then! Thanks, Vedd.I wouldn't normally pick the Holiday Inn there ($220+ per night) unless it Pricelined for me cheap...but I've got two nights free at any Intercontinental Hotel....so that seems to be a money locale for the weekend festivities, especially if the Phils are in the World Series again. Eagles are at home Sunday too versus the Giants. Yowzer!

edit: printed my map and highlighted "vedder lots".

The Stadium Holiday Inn is kinda dumpy, Bobcat, but you can't beat free! And you're right that you'll be right in the center of the action. Plus you're just a short cab or subway ride away from any hotspots that you wanna check out.

As far as tickets remaining, I think that it is more of an economic issue. I know a couple people with new babies who could only do 1 or 2 shows because the tix are so expensive. And if you miss out on 10C tix or the general onsale, you get gouged on Ebay and Stub Hub.

When all is said and done, all 4 shows will be sold out. Announcing 2 and then adding 2 has just left people with some decisions to make.

If you really want to stay in that Holiday Inn, I wouldn't wait very long. There is playoff baseball that will be going on around that time and a decent chance for a possible PJ Concert/World Series game overlap.

Rotterdam show last night:

Set List: Small Town, Last Exit, Animal, The Fixer, Given To Fly, Severed Hand, Why Go, Dissident, Brother, Gone, Even Flow, Wishlist, Nothingman, 1/2 Full, Black, Got Some, Go1st encore: Life Wasted, Better Man/(Save It For Later), Daughter, Lukin, Comatose, Alive2nd encore: You've Got To Hide Your Love Away, Love Reign O'er Me, Do The Evolution, The Real Me, Yellow Ledbetter
Digging that 2nd Encore

You ain't kidding there. Wow, stubhub is ridiculus. If anyone has any ties to tickets for the 30th, throw me a PM or post something here. Need a pair at minimum, or two pairs, or four together. I'm gonna do some searching tonight. Thanks!

these are going to be tough to get, but your best bet is to wait a bitthe secondary market will come way down the closer it gets

right now it is all the hype inflating prices

Anyone find this in non-Apple format (mp3 preferred)? And for those wondering about the 10 Club vs Target versions of "Backspacer", got this info directly from 10C:

Ten Club version:

Target version:

My guess is no shows, but other goodies from the 10C version. Shows will be uploaded (plus, enough old shows to go around out there), so, right now, I'll go with the 10C version to see what else they provide. But, true, it is not crystal clear

2nd encore is awesome - Smile and Leash - two of my favorites.

Ya that's a cool 2nd.I like that shows setlist overall. Alot of peaks and valleys (not good/bad...but harder/lighter).

Anyone got tickets to the Toronto show?I got a pair for a friend and myself, and then I found out my cousin and three of his friends got tickets and were taking the day off to go to some patio and drink and just hang out, then hit someplace for dinner before the show.So of course now I'll be taking the day off to join them. ;)Anyway, just extending the invitation to join us if any of you jamokes are gonna be in town for the August 21st show.
FWIW, if anyone is coming to the Toronto show and wants to hang, just shoot me a PM and I'll send you our plans.

I guessed correctly:Thanks for the update!

The follow up question is whether the bonus content in the 10C version includes access to the bonus concerts or if these are two separate offers in their entirety?

Thanks,

BBWC

They are separate.

Nothing too crazy...Get there about 5-5:30 at the Ex via the train, and then go for drinks at the Lakeshore Yacht Club at Ontario Place until the concert.
