:lmao:

No problem guys. Glad to contribute. Listening 2nd time thru now. Word from my buddy is Nasvhille shows are comparable so they should be a real treat... a lot less random idiots yelling and Ed is much more talkative.

I finally had a chance to listen to part of the Memphis show. Excellent sound quality and that's just on my laptop. Pretty cool setlist too. Can't wait to burn the lossless file on a CD.

Thanks again!

...aaaand thank you. :goodposting:

These are going to be 8 looong hours til I get home. Antici...

Converting the FLAC files on my mac now.

For those looking for a good FLAC > MP4 (Apple Lossless) converter Check out XLD

Doing a bang-up job. Can't wait to hear the uncompressed audio.

Just got this email from DVD Buddy:

Yeah I got some (good connections) mostly cause of my filming prowess. As a former audio taper I'm sure u still have connections too! Anyway I wanted to thank u again for being my lookout cause it was critical to my filming. I didn't have to worry about security! ####

ps. The dvd will be done by the 3rd or 4th week of july with full menus and a dolby 5.1 mix
:goodposting:
Very interested in a DVD when those are done. Maybe we can do a DVD-it-forward or something.. I can make some copies on my burner and mail them out to others, etc.

Wanted to make sure you guys saw this. From the Message Board:

As the sun was setting in the west, we had a visit from a little birdie who seemed like he was in a great hurry.“Where are you going?” we asked. He said, “I have to pack my bags and saddle up my horse.""Birds have bags?" we questioned. With eyes wide the bird stared at us stupefied for a few minutes and then said, "Tweet!""Just be sure your fan club memberships/addresses are up to date by July 7 at midnight PT.” said the bird as he flew off heading east tweeting “mmmm Cheesesteaks, and soon Vegemite ... tweet”
Looks like Philly on sale on the 7th or 8th and I'm hoping for some west coast shows!

I really hope "saddle up my horse" means more shows in texas....but I doubt it.

I already mentioned to RR...I'm not 100% in for Philly yet.....gonna see what other dates are released, but might not be able to escape for a 3 night getaway, given just spent 2 nights away for EV....and the wife and I are trying to make it to Seattle for the LSU/UW game

Today's the day.....looks like PJ in Philly on Oct 28, 30, 31 (was mentioned on a few Philly entertainment websites). Also, a few folks on the PJ boards called locations in Dallas and Houston and the people on the phone were being very cryptic (in a good way), so hopefully those hit also.

Would someone be so kind as to PM me the download links for both Ed Philly show MP3 downloads?

I'm a known good guy on here :) TF and TU will vouch.

Muchos gracias!

Anyone got tickets to the Toronto show?

I got a pair for a friend and myself, and then I found out my cousin and three of his friends got tickets and were taking the day off to go to some patio and drink and just hang out, then hit someplace for dinner before the show.

So of course now I'll be taking the day off to join them. ;)

Anyway, just extending the invitation to join us if any of you jamokes are gonna be in town for the August 21st show.

Just FYI, no announcement today, but there will be one tomorrowConfirmed by Kat (who works for PJ) on the boards
Just FYI, this post of mine isn't a response to your post, but I just want to report that I will be posting a response to it in another minute or so.Confirmed by SJ96 (who is a fan of PJ) on this board.

So you're announcing that there is no announcement, but that there will be one coming? :lmao:
Not sure why that's funny, but OK:shrug:Not everyone here frequents the 10C boardthere is some speculation that there will be little to no turnaround between the announcement and when 10C tix go on saleJust keeping peeps in the loop

Are you serious?I feel sorry for your humourless existence.

I appreciate the news as well, TU. I know its coming; just a matter of when. People get way too wired about it. RELAX, people!

Getting tickets for these shows is going to be insaneeeeeeeee. Can't wait to tailgate and party in the crisp autumn air with the Phillies World Series parade on one side, and the Spectrum on the other :excited: Going to be some of the best tailgating ever. Love the Spectrum lots.

I was wondering the same thing. It's been down all morning.

Would they really announce the shows and have an onsale immediately after? If so, that's stupid. Give people some time to digest the news and make plans. Some of us actually work for a living and can't sit on PJ.com clicking refresh over and over.

Anything is possible, but I doubt they are on sale already. It's only a bit after 6 AM on the West Coast

Also, there would likely be a 10C email, and I haven't gotten one yet

Think it's more likely just the nutsos crashing the board

Which doesn't give me much hope for when tickets DO actually go on sale

Well nothing shocking about the locales I guess. :kicksrock: Maybe I'll think about Philly...
Could possibly be the last concerts in the Spectrum.
Almost certainlyThe official closing date was originally Sept 30th I believe
Rumors are they're gonna announce a Halloween show at the Spectrum as well. The Spectrum might be a #### hole...but they have great acoustics and I've seen some awesome concerts there.
