did I just see ochocincko kick a fg? :mao:

hola from el cabina del toronta. :banned:

watched the red sox take my money from right on top the Jays dugout tonight. Jays had Lester on the ropes early, then choked. weaather was crazy, they had to close the lid before the game then opened it later..tornado I heard was nearby. anyway, JD Drew was a joke. that guy is pure. really don't like the red sox. Jays are a total joke. So is baseball when you think about it, how many teams reaally have a chance? pathetic money grab.

Walked for miles and miles after and ended up at this old jazz bar I can't remember right now. all blue hairs so we figured it must be good. younger kids from NY doin their best, along with this old man on piano, who was the the tenors pops, but they just couldn't pull it off. REex's or something like that, local joiunt. Anyways, they sucked, waisted cover....

kept on and on til we found Joe mama's which was great. forget the name of the band, but it was the only bar that didn't mesaure a jack n coke. GREAT Place

Sharpaova playing tomorrow or the ponies at woodbine? probly sleep all day. now their showing womens tennis. serena doing the splits on some shot. laaavarr arringtons girl.

I will try to delet this in about 6 hours. anyway, fired up for the show manana . welcome to the BIG CITY pearl jam fans

TF beats me to it, nice work. :lmao:

By the way, they were playing Betterman at the SkyDome after the game.

So woke up a little bit ago. Guzzled some water, took a crap, checked email and ####, and came here. Decided it's time to crash out some more, and as I type, no joke, a mother ####### jackhammer starts up outside our room. You have got to be kidding me right now, unreal.

Yeah, welcome to the BIG CITY indeed...

ed's Preset: Needle, The Damage Done, Sugar MountainMike's Preset: Unknown song about his daughter, Greatest WaterfallStone's Preset: Can't Put Your Arms Around a Memory.Jeff and Eddie: Bee GirlMain Set: Of The GirlEncore 1:Encore 2:

Set List: Of The Girl, Corduroy, Severed Hand, Why Go, Brain Of J, I Am Mine, The Fixer, Given To Fly, Off He Goes, Even Flow, Unemployable, Faithful, Down, Got Some, 1/2 Full, Lukin, Not For You/(Modern Girl - Sleater Kinney), Do The Evolution

1st encore: Inside Job, Wishlist, Black, Alive

2nd encore: Small Town, Wasted Reprise, Better Man/(Save It For Later), Porch, Rockin' In The Free World

Of The Girl, what a great opener. Ahhh, the good old days.....now I just need some Can't Keep.

Off He Goes....awesome!

Was Wishlist extended? Would like to see more out of the 1stE...but I can see Wishlist--Black--Alive making this more standard on time, short on songs by one or two. Still, what is that, 27 tunes?

Amazing show, great seats thanks to the fan club.

The sprint to the seats when Ed went on for the preset was epic. I was grabbing a beer and there are tv`s at the tents, I spilled half my beer to get there for the start of the preset and the story about his opener being stuck in Customs. Never thought I`d say this but GB Canadian Customs!

One of their few tunes that, IMHO, the album version is better than their live version (at least the one's I've heard). Just has a great vibe on No Code...you can visualize them sitting in a circle in the studio with the lights low and the candles burning. One of my faves!

Arg, I didn't even find out about this until the next day.Me and my boys were in the bar, and Eddie's on TV, my one friend goes, hey Eddie's on stage!Everyone looks, and I go, huh, I wonder what concert that's from?He says, I think he's on right now, let's go look. Then everyone starts laughing at that preposterous idea. Now he won't stop emailing me video clips and little jabs of the "Opening Act"ARG WHY DOES BEER HAVE TO TASTE SO GOOD? :sonova:

Oh, and FYI, when Given to Fly came on, my friend and I were headed (from the Lawns) to the bathroom right by the walkway between the 100's and 200's seating section and put our br visit on hold to stand right in the walkway to listen. We went to the can, and on the way back, I said, hey let's go through the crowd instead of the walkway around. We did, and take stairs up the middle of the 200's and there are 3 empty seats, so I stop him and we stayed there for 3-4 songs before heading back up to the lawns to join our other friends.Best part was that as we left the 200's to the walkway between the 200's and 300's they were checking tickets for people coming down, but not for us on the way up...hilarious. If it was just the two of us, we could have stayed in the 200's all night.:mentalnote: for the next concert I go there with lawn seats.

Sucks about the preset! I was shocked to see him on and a bunch of people ran to their seats so I followed. Regarding the seats, I was in 202 (center) and had a few empty seats around me (in front and to the side) midway through the show a few people came through and stayed there. Could have had a cornhole if I knew it was you!

guys,

i know this maybe a stupid question, but i only bought tickets through the ten club once before (last real full U.S tour while in pittsburgh) and the tickets were mailed to me or prinatable online.

question is this i have tickets to two shows in philly. will i know where the seats actually are before jetting over there? i may only be able to make 1 day, and i would prefer to go the one with better seats.

thanks!

no, you won't know until you pick them upYou can usually start picking them up rather early in the day (2 PM ish?), but you won't know beforehandUnless you win the lottery for rows 1-2 or 9-10 I would assume that your seats would be comparable for the Wed and Fri shows and maybe a bit better for Tuies and a bit worse for SatJust my guess

Anyone going tonight? Me and wrigley will be in attendance
SLBD will be there
Yep. Just woke up (again). Last night was rockin, I'm worked. When I first woke up, I scrambled to make my flight. Worst feeling. Waking from a drunken stupor, depressed it's Monday, and thinking I have to deal with airports and people. Then, I realize I am going to see Pearl Jam in Chicago tonight. #### yeah! What a change of emotions. I feel so good I think I'll have a beer. :banned:

My fingers are crossed for first eight rows!!!!
My buddy's fan club number is 74,XXX. We were 7th row, I wouldn't get your hopes up. I'd actually rather be side-stage tonight, being so vertically challenged and all.Another buddy's number is somewhere in the 300,000's; he was balcony. And he was pissed. However, a couple of us think the 10C is doing it to him on purpose. :lmao: The guy is always out of control, and we've come to the conclusion that they don't want him near the stage. Been kicked out of show after show. They actually tried to kick him out of our hotel here, but he kind of knows his rights and whatnot so he won that battle with security and management. Instead, they charged him for the room next to his (people had to leave). I'm on another subject here, but can they do that?Fired up for tonight. :)Oh Yes!, do you have any paintings available?

I would not pay it if I were himBut by the same token, not sure why they couldn't kick him outOr at least cancel the rest of his reservation

not really, but i could prolly make you a good copy of anything i still have...

I have never listened to the new songs, on purpose. I like to listend to a new album in its entirety. So, having heard a couple of the new ones, and I can't even remember there names, I like one a lot. The other doesn't do it for me. At least live, not yet anyway. I'll figure out which is which later, but the one where the crowd sings back part of the chorus is not the one. :D First Heiny from the mini-bar feeling good.

I'm downtown. Walked to harry caray's before the show last night which was cool. never been around this part of Chicago. I like it, a lot. This is why LA gets blown out of the water, downtown/city-wise.Dream Theatre and Zappa plays Zappa were playing at this old theater nearby last night. Man, I would've loved to have gone to that. I know because I found a ticket to the show on the ground (on the walk to Harry's).

Whoever was taling about off He goes earlier, I agree. On of my favorietes. Was stoked to hear that the other nigth.

Went to the show last night and the energy was great and the setlist was good also. First time I ever got put in the 300's when I brought through the Ten club but it still sounded great where we were and we had a great time. Wish the show would have been at Alpine Valley like Eddie mentioned. If anyone finds this show please PM me with the link. Thanks.

Tonight's set looks sick. Would definitely be a top 3 show for me just based off of set. IMT and PT are both in my top 5 PJ songs of all time and I've never heard either live. ABITW2 is my favorite Daughter tag....really kick ### set all the way through.

Main Set: Hard to Imagine, Corduroy, In My Tree*, Last Exit,All night, Nothingman, Fixer, Even flow, Present tense, Whipping, Not 4 U/Modern Girl (Sleater Kinney), Daughter/Brick in the wall tag (Pink Floyd), Brother, Gone,Got some, DTE, Alive---------Encore 1: No more, Comatose------------Encore 2:-------------Show notes:*In My Tree played Iron's drums style (Im assuming this means the original version was played)Ed brings out new bottle of wine for the first Encore.

Agree with TF, excellent main setTomas Young's family was there, and his brother requested No More, so that's why Ed played it Still really eager to hear The Real Me live; loved their performance at the Who's Rock Honors thing

Knocked Not for you out of the ####### park

Great show all the way around

My wife, who's not a giant PJ fan, tells me after the show..........that ####### rocked
