Indeed. Man, that show looks like the best thus far. Not surprised, always seems to be a little extra in Chi-town, with Ed's roots there n' all. Anyone got a link to "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" the other day?I just got the album last week, and as was conveyed in these parts, it's better than the last couple. I have yet to find my favorites (don't even know titles, yet), but I remember loving 9 and 12, Markers in the Sand, and that big wave song.

He said Kim Thayill the guitarist from Soundgarden was from Park Forest.Amazing show, Ed seemed even more into it than usual, probably helped by the two + bottles of wine he downed.

I've seen them many times and that was by far the best setlist I've ever seen. I'm going to Grand Rapids and Cleveland this weekend, but I dont expect anything to top this show.

MMJ was good and they actually mixed up the set quite a bit from the first night. They come across a lot better in smaller venue, something gets lost in their sound in a big arena.

Inside Job came across great , as did Come Back the night before. Been quite a while since so many new songs sounded so good live. Garden seemed to be a bit hosed at the beginning, but maybe it was me. He announced that they only pull out the next song for special ocassions and had never played it in Chicago, then did Crown of Thorns......couldn't believe it. He did Last Kiss (the weakest song in the set) from the soundboard in the middle of the main floor. Footsteps gave me goosebumps.

Heard COT/Chloe Dancer in Atlanta in 2003. According to tenclub.net, COT has only been played live 7 times and Chloe Dancer only the one time!Can't wait to find out about the Southern US leg either. It's got to happen.......right?
