Yeah it wasn't really well done. I've seen wrestling theme stuff at wedding before that were much better. This was just cringeworthy. It looked more like oh this is what we use to watch lets show everyone how cool we are. The landing wasn't great and the whole Undertaker/Kane type symbolizing the choke was terrible. It wasn't that it wasn't a good idea it just came off as way too fake. Not great acting in there or execution. I thought I was gonna see a few "punches" and "kicks" to "soften" him up first. We got nada.

It was pretty cringeworthy honestly. Ive seen better stuff pulled off at weddings. It was terrible executed we got not "fight" to "soften him up" for the spot either. The guy performing the CHokeslam is an inch and a half smaller and looks lichee couldn't hurt a fly. It was just bad. The dude didn't even take the bump correctly either. 

 
There's rumored to be a major name returning tonight. For those wondering Sting is there for FLair's birthday along with Ricky Steamboat so it's neither of them. It's someone we've talked about on here though

 
James Storm is backstage tonight but it's in Atlanta. Storm was backstage last year in Atlanta at RAW. There's been no murmurs of Storm signing anywhere either in the past several months 

 
I might sound like an ####### for saying this but it's kind of sad the only thing that could make everyone cheer for Roman was having Cancer. 

 
I'm starting to think the people who said this was fake from the start. You don't beat cancer in 4 months let alone leukemia. He would've lost muscle mass and everything and he filmed a movie with the Rock I believe. When you are doing treatment if kicks your ### big time. Most people after treatment are out for a day or 2. I'm not gonna 100% say this was fake and staged by WWE but having family who've had cancer plus my mom working as an insurance specialist for Proton treatment you just don't beat and remiss that fast. So considering my experience with this I'm gonna have my doubts. If it's found out this was fake boy is WWE in a ton of trouble. Thats gonna be sponsors lost but the good thing is we finally get rid of Susan G Komen BS. 

Also I wouldn't put it past WWE either it would be horrible but not surprising that Vince did it. Look at all the things they did to try to get Roman over including not Clearing Daniel Bryan. 

. USING THE ROCK..... UNDERTAKER..... BROCK LESNAR, teaming him with the USO's which actually made people turn on the USO's do to association And on and on and on

Remember this is the company that had Vince die in a Limo, Covered up severe Steroid use, had a kiss my ### club, had scantly clad women in mud wrestling, lingerie and pillow fight matches, Trish Barking like a dog, etc

You're right I don't know what form he had. What I do know from experience having family members survive cancer and a mother who works in the field there's no form of treatment where he could be humanly back in 4 months of treatment. Any treatment at the latest is 6-8 months the least amount of treatment thats the earliest. This guy was also filming a movie at the time. Again I'm not going 100% saying it was fake here but I'm starting to believe based on the signs I know of it that I'm gonna second guess if he had it. If it's proven he did have it I take what I said back and it's amazing he could comeback that fast. Then again we also don't know how far along treatment wise he was already. And also there were already reports for a few months he was receiving Chemo at his home in Hawaii so yes he did have chemo

And just to be clear not saying I'm 100% saying it was fake. It could've been not as bad as WWE and Roman first made it to be though. Sugar coating how bad it was or not. 

 
Great ending to Raw. Stuff like that is what will get some of the droves of fans they've lost.

Watched most of the show. Opening and ending were very well done. That the show was watchable is a huge improvement from what they do most weeks. Still some of the same crap (NXT guys with no story/character development  beating their jobber tag champs that happen to win the belts one week in a couple minutes). It's not getting anyone over whatsoever. Woof, Ronda is just bad on the mic.Becky/Ronda stuff was well done. IMO They definitely should have left Charlotte out of the match. Match would feel much bigger Ronda/Becky 1-on-1. The Open/Close was probably some of their best stuff in recent memory and more than overshadowed the forgettable parts of the show. Show didn't have loads of filler like usual. Thought they should have just left cold NXT tag and Angle/Jinder matches off and given more time to other things like the end. Love unscripted heel Batista.

I watched most of it and it kept my interest for the 2 hours I saw. Fortunately, I also have WWE parody accounts like WWECreative_ish to help me get through it too.  The RR segment was emotional and well done (for a real-life scenario). 

IMO they're doing a great job with the RAW women's title.  Becky comes in and gets arrested on cue, but then Rousey confronts Steph and tells her to her face that the three-way match is what's "best for business", throwing the phrase right back in Steph's face. Then, Rousey lays the belt on the mat in front of Steph; what does it mean?  This is not to say I'm itching for the three of them together, but I understand what may be at work here.

 
When Owen Hart died, I seem to recall a concurrent storyline that had a hooded character (eventually revealed to be VKM).  At the time I remember people thinking it would be Owen Hart and the whole Over the Top thing was a work.    Goes to show the lengths some conspiracy theorists will go to.  :shrug:

Either it was something minor and was exaggerated or it was fake. He does look slimmer than 5 months ago but there is no way in ####### hell you go thru chemo and/or chemo pills and be as agile and active like that. Wwe has some answering to do. Plus he's filming movies and shows with The Rock as well during all that time. THere's a lot of people who have had family or friends die, suffer, going through issues or have had cancer who aren't happy with WWE right now. It's very Possible that WWE did exaggerate this. It was real but sugar coated 

 
Contract signing for WWE title to start Smackdown Shane and Steph give who props and accolades to Kofi. Kofi comes out with New Day but before he can sign VKM comes out and pulls the Becky/Ronda routine with Kofi and replaces him with!!!!!! Kevin Owens!!!!!!!! K.O vs Daniel Bryan at Fastlane.

I say that respectfully as possible. It's a subjective art form, but I find it hard to believe one has a problem with Aleister Black.

Elias' job is to make stars out of his foils. Nakamura is an accomplished star that I do agree is being underused.

I think with WWE questions should be asked. We've had some very questionable WWE/F storylines in their history. Hunter humping a corpse, Dropping N bombs at Booker T, Trish Barking like a dog, The Diva stuff back in the attitude era, and that's not even getting into the 90s and 80s stuff. You also had WWE do a full fledge Storyline on Adam Copeland AKA Edge and Matt Hardy's GF at the time Amy Dumas AKA Lita having an affair. Once the internet got word of it WWE made the whole thing a real life storyline. HELL in the last 5-6 yrs Jack Swagger's American Patriot WeThe People character with Dutch Matell was a play and making fund of the newly created Tea Party in our government. We shouldn't put anything past WWE. Plus WWE has done numerous things I've already given examples of trying to Get Roman over as the guy. 

I've talked to a few people already wrestling, my mom who's an insurance specialist and have emailed back and fourth 3 Drs from Hospital of Penn Med and Children's Hospital of Philly as my mom knows a few Drs who work there. They are beliefs that WWE may have sugar coated how bad Roman's set back was. One of the Drs is a huge wrestling fan and said theres no way with the treatments he'd have to do he's out there making picture request, seeing fans and no way in hell he does anything physical of what he did in the ring if his Leukemia was as bad as WWE first made it seem too be. He thinks it was exaggerated or sugar coated how bad it was and possible he was already going through treatments. He's guessing Joe AKA Roman was at a stage in his treatments where the Dr's told him he should stop wrestling and go home and wrest up for a few months. Don't push himself into anything too bad. He said it's the only reasoning he can get for what he did in the ring on Monday. Overall most of the people I talked too basically said there's no way in Hell if he was as bad as originally made he's back in 4 months and getting physical in the ring. There's numerous people who have had cancer or lost or had family friends deal with Cancer. My mom had Breast Cancer elected for the surgery instead and she was out a good 4 months and wasn't 100% for another 2-3 months. One of the patients at the clinic was a baseball player in HS scholarships to Cal Poly, LSU, Florida and a bunch of the other big time schools for baseball as a pitcher. Once he got cancer and went on Chemo they pulled the scholarships. He was a senior. Even after his treatment was complete and he went into Remission he couldn't pitch for about 5-6 months after. Yes people deal with certain things differently body wise but like I said given WWE's history, knowing people who have had cancer or people who work with it, I'm gonna question WWE and Roman on this. I won't 100% fully go with the whole thing was fake because I don't have enough proof of that but I can say I believe WWE at least sugar coated/ Exaggerated how bad Roman was. If it was that bad he's not running around for photo ops, filming with The Rock, and isn't back in the ring already after 4 months. At the Earliest I would've predicted SummerSlam with a small role at first. 

I think WWE has a storyline waiting to happen though. Have Seth Win the belt at mania and then Have Roman come out and attack Dean and him. We write Dean out of WWE with being stretchered out of the arena and Roman attacks Seth. Tells him he only has the belt because he took his spot. Then goes on and goes after the fans saying they never cared about him and all the Well wishes were just from a bunch of fakes and frauds not meaning it. Think of the heat he could get? People have wanted heel Roman for a few yrs now. Perfect time right now.

Black's moves so smoothly in the ring. No waisted motion at all with his moves and it flows well one move to the next. It's awesome watching him but then again I was always taken to the style of MMA type wrestling Black does which Ironically I also loved Steve Blackman back in the day. Blackman also grew up 1hr away from me and now teaches self defense classes to women in Harrisburg PA. The Black Mass is a great finisher too because like the RKO can happen at anytime. However it's also somewhat of a "strong-style" type wrestling that many WWE marks don't understand or have seen as they don't see NJPW or British wrestling a lot. One of the things about NJPW I love is how they contact each other and how it still looks fairly real. In WWE I can see many times oh it's pretty unrealistic and oh she/he missed that completely and sell job looks awkward. I'm hoping once Hunter gets in charge he goes back to the WWE style I grew up with back in the attitude Era. Another problem is guys and girls don't throw punches well. Becky kind of does it better then most of the women but she started watching and ask Mick Foley how he did his. Double J you saw the last few weeks thats how punches should be thrown in a wrestling ring in WWE. Hunter still does it fairly well but Jarrett still has the best. They look real and it looks great. I loved when Undertaker started to adapt his wrestling with the MMA. It really started to fit the American Badass gimmick which I know a lot of people hated but I loved it. I mean Ministry Taker is still the best and they really should've done more of that with him and Kane aligned together in it. I might be biased towards The biker gimmick because back then Mark looked like my Uncle who also rode Bikes. He wasn't as tall as Taker but he was built similar, had a bike, worked on them daily etc. Taker still uses many of those moves today or at least the ones he can. 

WWE AKA Vince Screwed the pooch with Nakamura. He's so underused. The Match with AJ was underwhelming and was no where close to the IWGP IC Title match at WK awhile back. Nakamura and Styles should've been feuding a lot longer but if it got good it'd kill the Roman Agenda. One of the former WWE writers around 2016 or so was on a podcast I listen too. He basically said Vince hated anyone who got over on their own and the whole reaching for the brass rings was complete and utter Bull####. He only wanted stuff over he wanted. It's why he hated Punk so much. Hunter did too because Punk was like Heyman's baby. Paul believed in Punk and Vince hated him as well as Hunter and HBK because he was an Indy guy.Heyman said let me take him to ECW with me as he knew Vince didn't really care about ECW but Morrison and his rivalry really kicked things off well and kept ECW alive for a lot longer then it should've been. Punk was upset with older guys like Rock/Hunter/Batista/Brock/Etc stealing the spotlight from the younger guys. There were other talents who felt the same way but felt if they spoke out they could get black balled, let go, punished etc. Apparently Punk signed a new deal at the 11th hr during the Cena feud and they were close to losing him. They were afraid he'd go off script and win the belt and take it. There's just a ton of stuff this former writer said that has come true since then about Vince not liking stuff that gets over on its on. Ten Chants, Fans shouting One Fall before matches. Daniel Bryan getting over so when he was cleared by every other dr in the world WWE wouldn't, splitting up Rusev day etc. Writer also saidVKM was hellbent to get Roman over. Said he'd throw his own kids under the bus or his wife if it could get Roman over. Punk came up with the original Sheild Idea with Seth, Ohno, Dean, Himself and one other. Vince put a stop to that said no he wanted Reigns and it was what became the 3 we know today. That's why when they debuted at first it was in the Punk Storyline. Going all the way back to FCW/NXT Roman was Vince's guy. Punk's pipe bomb wasn't just amazing because of how good of a promo it was. It was a literally a straight shoot and everything he said (well except maybe Hunter running things to the ground) is and was true at the time. Remember when they cut him off on the Be A Star bullying campaign part? Dude was gonna break the 4th wall and go into details about the bullying JBL and others did in the locker room all while Vince and WWE tried to portray how bulling was bad. Punk was literally hated by Vince since he wasn't HIS guy. Vince killed everything that wasn't made by him which is why a lot of ICW fans were worried about Devitt/AJ/The Club/Nakamura/etc when they got to WWE. The whole Invasion storyline in 01 with ECW/WCW was nothing more then Vince trying to bury them once and for all. ECW still had a heart though so Vince brought it back to kill it off after it's ONS success. Dreamer and ECW originals only agreed to do the one off show if Vince let Tommy Dreamer, Heyman and the ECW people write the PPV. After it's success VKM decided another ONS and bring back ECW fully but wanted to put it on a network he knew wouldn't garner a lot of ratings. As you can see Vince is incredible petty

I like Elias. he's a fairly good wrestler for the gimmick he has and he's got Charisma but it just bothers me he's basically a cheap rip off impersonation of Double J's character and Honky Tonk Man's. Don't get me wrong I think Elias should've been holing at least a mid card title by now but I think people tend to overrate the guy. 

 
So WWE had an option with The Hardy's that if picked up that the Hardy's would get a significant pay raise. Their contracts were up in 2 days from this post. I think WWE brought them back in fear of them trying to possible go to AEW. They also apparently have plans for them to feud with the USOs which should be great if they are gonna put the USOs over with the tag Titles. 

Buddy Murphy the WWE CWC announced today he will make an announcement on his WWE Future tonight

Also Penelope Ford is back on the dating market Fellas. Joey Janella broke up with her which he says is for good in an update on how he's doing after his MCL exploded during a match last year.
