Well I was right in a sense they sugar coated what he had. Made it seem much worse then it was. I'm glad that Joe Ano'ia is ok but WWE definitely took advantage of the situation. Would've been nice or Roman and WWE were more fourth coming on the type of cancer.
As a cancer survivor, any type sucks balls.

If you read the article, he will always have this. He was literally taking chemo in pill form. This type of cancer used to have 3-7 life expectancy. This could pop up again in a few years. With cancer, if/when it comes back, it usually comes back worse. Catching it as early as they did - and it was WWE doctors that caught it - probably did a lot to keep Joe from being in a worse condition.

Cancer sucks, there's nothing to sugarcoat. Period. Full stop.

I agree it does I was just referring to the fact WWE and Roman made it seem like he'd be out for at least a year career in jeopardy when it really wasn't. Cancer is no joke but they sugar coated how serious it was.
Yeah you should maybe stop typing words for a bit.

WWE made it sound like his career was in jeopardy. I've been talking to the Drs at my moms work and two of the are big wrestling fans who aren't happy how WWE handled it. Said they should've been more fourth coming about his cancer. Said the way hey saw everything WWE and him made it sound like his career as a wrestler could've been over. Roman also wasn't suppose to be back so soon. The Shield reunion wasn't suppose to even happen at Fastlane. They brought Roman back earlier after the whole dean thing started since Dean and Roman are very close to get Dean to stay. From people I talked to they said Roman was suppose to be out till some time after Mania. Never said possible night after or what but after Mania was the earliest. Theres also some people within the company who are not happy with how WWE and Roman handled the situation. Roman apparently told WWE officials it was ok if they reported on what type he had and all but Vince and others decided against it. Reigns actually wanted to come fourth about the issue earlier but Vince didn't want him to as he thought that would soften the Roman Reigns character. Roman's emergency surgery he had a few yrs back was speculated from related causes of his cancer. That's not certain but I was told some speculated that.

Again this was a type that use to have a 3-7 yrs expectancy but WWE not coming out after Joe himself wanted too about his health issues in the past caused these issues being talked about. This is honesty the final time I'll bring up Roman and the cancer unless theres an idea on a storyline to make him heel. Obviously some people feel WWE did everything right here but myself and others feel like WWE wasn't as forthcoming and made it sound worse. Again I see this is a topic that "upsets" some bringing up WWE sugar coating it. I mean lets not act like WWE hasn't been underhanded before with stuff in the past. This is right up their ally.

The Co host of the podcast I listen to has had this surgery. Believe it or not he was prescribed Guitar hero for rehab to regain proper motor function control during rehab, and had to essentially learn to re-walk normally again. it will come down to how well they are able to fuse his vertabrae together, if there's nerve damage, and...how much equipment (if any such as screws/pins/etc) was required. As with Paige, her screws lead to her retirement essentially, as impact on that area left her nearly paralyzed.

No no no and no.....when it comes to The Shield reuniting.  I don't like it at all.

Far better if the three are independant, more angles that way.

Thrilled that Reigns is back.

wow not good for Ciampa

reading and learning more about Champa injury. For what I’ve read and what sources saying, wwe is very afraid this might be career ending. The surgery is no joke and we have so much talent that is unable to perform after this same surgery. Terrible

Very short term.  Ambrose isn't really on board.  I could see him snap, leading to him vs Reigns at WM

Huge bummer if it is as bad as it sounds for Ciampa.  Love him as a performer
It's bad the surgery is pretty serious but it's all speculation on career ending. Like I posted its all a matter of them getting inside and seeing how bad it is and all first. It's a terrible recovery in terms of rehab. Very grueling. There's gonna be days were he's just gonna wanna quiet but need to keep fighting

There's rumors Vince wants to Turn Roman heel now so there's been some speculation that Roman turns on the Shield and has a match with Dean at Mania or turns sometime after mania maybe after winning the belt.

Lars Sullivan update

Following the incident in January, Sullivan immediately began seeking help from mental health professionals and WWE has been “incredibly accommodating” to him the whole time, according to wrestlers close to Lars and the new report from PWS.
It’s been reported that WWE was being very supportive of Lars while he dealt with his personal issues. Triple H downplayed the reports during a late-January media call and indicated a WWE future for Lars. He said, “There’s a lot of speculation and stories about everybody at all times, and it’s a funny thing, if there’s any kind of a glitch in a movement for a moment, it leads to everything being speculated about. There’s a lot of talk, but Lars is in a good place. Nothing has really changed, we’re moving forward and you’ll know when you see it. But nothing has changed.”

Ugh I hate Triple threats unless they were under the ECW international 3 way dance rules back in the day. Guido/SUper/Crazy/Taijiri at One Night Stand may have been one of my all time favorites too. Hate triple threats for Titles especially in WWE these days as they seem to come out sloppy

"good news or bad news, looks like all major titles will be triple threats. Source is saying that Kofi is scheduled for a heel singles run and he will turn Tuesday after mania. The new day will continue without him or with a new member from nxt. good news or bad news, looks like all major titles will be triple threats. Apparently Melina is one of them supposedly with someone else."

"hearing that plans have changed and they will now have Dean vs Roman at mania. The only match we’ve seen a few times and the last time we saw it was 2015. They have Dean turning on everyone again..."

For those of you who know famous B from lucha Underground

"Truth Told me to stay in Lucha awhile back. He like you don't wanna come here You good where u at"

If I wanted to hear unsourced rumors and crappy opinions, I'd subscribe to the sheets myself. They can be left out of this thread.

What a terrible PPV and terrible ending but the Marky crowd was eating it all up. I was hoping one of these MFers would turn during or after the match. Nothing Below AVg PPV at best
