***Official*** Seinfeld draft thread (1 Viewer)

cosjobs has about 13 more minutes. This has been a fun draft. Glad I joined up. We need to bump that "Seinfeld" trivia thread some time.

it has been a fun draft to watch but not as good as the Simpsons draft   ;)

This includes the counter-clockwise swirl ...

"The Move" - Flex

With two rounds left, I'm not sure Nigel can be caught. He has amassed an outstanding team from a tough draft position. Of course, the end of the draft will be telling. There's one thing left that, if someone takes it, I may give my vote simply based on creativity of that pick.

Point it out if it happens and if it doesnt.

It's not too late to get the band back together...
I have been thinking about that lately - this draft has gotten me back in the mood. If we start over one rule - Im not the commish, even though i have the time now, I don't want to have the chance to sink it again.if you and Nigel are down we can see what happens.

I'm never one to let my opinion slide by unexpressed. :D

Homer J is in a good position to take him on - his team is solid like a rock like I previously mentioned.

Sure. Totally start over, though. New participants, as well. If I remember right, we had a few people that really bogged it down.

I'm too close to it to be impartial. I'm ON THE TEAM.

I totally agree - I would recommend that Shick! delete the thread so people could not reference it.I think the biggest problem was that we did not have a clock per se and the draft dragged out and fell apart. So we should definitely have a clock like this draft did.

The Seinfeld draft was my first draft to commish and it was a major undertaking, should have prepared myself with some smaller drafts before hand.

Not for long if you keep up this "Nigel Rules" shtick.

I might be able to run a new one, but I think the participants should be weeded out a little bit. Very regular posters only...

you have a nice team as well mon.you have had a good draft and you are high up on my rankings.

Your picks have been strong - if you had drafted yada yada instead of the dingo ate your baby you would be right in the mix of things (in my book). You recovered nicely with the Assman and naked g/f picks

yeah I just let the first 12 people sign up without weeding them out properly - the non-regular posters really did slow down the draft.

They are all good teams, as I look at them. E_10, Cos, Mon, Norwood - all right there. Killerclown's team is underappreciated. Marco. pantagrapher made a nice recoveryEvilgrin let me down. alphabet and demian did a little as well.

As with everything, though, a lot of that is simply going to be personal preference.

I love the dingo quote. Maybe that's just me. I've got a few other phrases I'd pick over yada yada. I'll pm them.

ok pm me them - I have two catchphrases on my sheet that will instantly move someone up in my voting if they pick them.

California episode 2-parter

Cosmo Kramer: You're wasting your life.

George Costanza: I am not. What you call wasting, I call living. I'm living my life.

Cosmo Kramer: OK, like what? No, tell me. Do you have a job?

George Costanza: No.

Cosmo Kramer: You got money?

George Costanza: No.

Cosmo Kramer: Do you have a woman?

George Costanza: No.

Cosmo Kramer: Do you have any prospects?

George Costanza: No.

Cosmo Kramer: You got anything on the horizon?

George Costanza: Uh, no.

Cosmo Kramer: Do you have any action at all?

George Costanza: No.

Cosmo Kramer: Do you have any conceivable reason for even getting up in the morning?

George Costanza: I like to get the Daily News.

For my next pick, I'm going with a FFA staple. We say it so often, we barely remember what the letters stand for.

Not that theres anything wrong with that~!

for catch phrase
Damn, you've been preparing for this draft, haven't you?

She ran through several mocks before even calling for this thing...

wow there is one episode in particular that is getting overlooked completely here - so many excellent picks being passed over

No props for Crazy Joe Devola in the 4th round?

Damn, I thought that was a heckuva recovery for my ill-advised Maestro pick.
Who's Crazy Joe Devola? I don't remember the name.
