***Official Super Bowl XLII Game Thread*** (2 Viewers)

gb Eliwhat a move to get away and then a horrible pass to cap the play
burress kinda stopped :lmao:
you see another angle the rest of us didn't?
I agree with him. Burress should have kept running.
I have to disagree here, Burress was coming back to help his QB that was in trouble and Eli just made a horrible pass way over his head.
:lmao: Eli will throw 3 of those a game. Every time.

Why are the Giants going away from everything that got them to this point?????????

It's killing me that they've decided to play so passively

I'm not sure they're playing passively... New England is just tearing them apart with short passes that are practically indefensible, given the level of offensive execution.

This is absolutely disgraceful. The Giants are dropping deep into coverage which is exactly what they have NOT done all game. Now that they have the lead they go into the Prevent??????????????????????????????????????????????

I'm not sure which thread is more of an abomination of a game thread - this one for the FFA edition. Both are filled with tools cracking jokes and I'm not even sure if they are watching the game. Anyway, Joe Buck had an interesting quote from Belichick a few minutes ago. Belichick is quoted as saying Moss is the smartest WR he ever coached, that he can run any pattern and catch any ball.

All game long the Giants have brought pressure from different angles...and it has worked.

Now that they have a three point lead, they rush 4 and drop into coverage.
