Boo to Canelo in his continued avoidance of Benavidez. Canelo has fought all comers thus far in his HOF career but he sure seems to be avoiding Benavidez like the plague.

over 8 hours this card has been going, it started at 4:30 pm eastern and the main event is just starting at 1 am

Main event started at 1 am ET after gift-giving hour for Turki Alalshikh, a full Eminem concert, two fireworks shows during the fighter entrances, three national anthems and the always too long fighter intros. #CrawfordMadrimov

Abdullah Mason is the real deal.

Interested to see what Mbili can do tonight. Could use an impressive showing to get the Canelo sweepstakes

I honestly expected AJ to beat him on cards easily. Thought he would keep away but boy was i wrong. Dubois has looked impressive in his last two fights and is going to be a problem for fury which i assume is next.

Kills me that Joshua (who has lost nearly every big fight he has been in), will end up fighting Fury next year. Not even sure it matters if Fury beats Usyk either.

Fury/Usyk 2 this weekend is Saudi Arabia. The first fight was close outside of the big 9th round by Usyk but I think Fury is more aggressive here, which will be the difference.
Usyk is one of the most intellectual heavyweights in recent memory. I expect him to make at least as many adjustments as Fury does, and execute them more effectively. I'll take Usyk by close decision

Reaction I see on X is that Fury should have got at worst a draw. Not watched the fight. Is this more lol boxing or just my feed being biased?

Very biased feed. I had Uzky 9 rounds to 3. 8 to 4 seems to be the consensus other than Anthony Joshua's 6-5-1 card which still had Uzyk a winner
Usyk won the fight. Fury started off pretty good but simply did not land enough to take back 4 belts.

Was a boring fight compared to their first one.

Judges got it right.

It appears Canelo v Crawford is a done deal for September in Vegas.

I'm happy for Crawford to get the bag, and he certainly has handled his career perfectly to this point, so who am I to question him taking this fight.

That said, I am not that excited for what will surely be billed as a mega fight. Thoughts?

Since Benavidez will apparently never get a shot at Canelo, Crawford is probably the most intriguing option at 168 or below. The size difference clearly mutes my excitement but I'll still probably watch

That I would not watch. Preposterous that Canelo would be a part of such a circus

No issue with Crawford taking the money at this stage of his career, in what might be his last fight (?). That being said, he did not look great at 154 and now is moving up 2 more weight classes to fight Canelo so I am skeptical to put it mildly. However, I am game to watch Canelo versus a legit opponent, whether Crawford is legit at this inflated weight is debatable but I will likely still watch.

Since Canelo will not fight Benavidez anytime soon, he could rematch Bivol in 2026, which would be worth watching. Outside, of the two aforementioned fighters, I can't think of anyone I would really want to watch Canelo fight.

Abdullah Mason is that guy. I just love watching him box. Appointment TV. Belts soon.

Think the top rank card is pretty decent tonight. God bless
