## OFFICIAL ## Taylor Swift thread (1 Viewer)

I am still questioning whether the gym can do this much general shape change.  If it can, no girl with flat butt syndrome should ever worry again.

Before:

After she was reputed to get the butt implants:

yeah, definite 'Pancake Patty' syndrome on display w/the before shots you provided

of course, i meant 'knives and scalpels' in a euphemistic sense - certainly open to the idea of the hot BOOTY injection here

butt maybe, just maaayyyybe, the girl put in ridiculous hours up in the ### section of the gym - jury still out for me, but can definitely see your side, much more inclined to consider it now.  tbh, never really cared for the girl 'til past year or so, looks like i missed a lot

Based on the pics NewlyRetired provided, I would say she had work done.

Usually when a chick gets a rounder and fuller butt from the gym, her thighs get a little bigger and more muscular from the various squats/lunges/etc she's doing. That doesn't appear to be the case here.

once again, this clip shows a bit more meat on the thighs

certainly not irrefutable, but, imo, empirical enough to still leave a doubt about work being done.

anyways, think we can all agree that, whatever the method, the madness was worth it

Is anyone else following the story of her and the Denver dj?   She seems petty and acting like a diva for getting the dude fired.

Howso? I've seen this picture and it looks pretty clear he got too handsy. Not sure why he shouldn't be punished for it.
Handsy?  Maybe but impossible to tell from that pic she however claims he went underneath the skirt which he clearly didn't do in that pic.  Him losing his job is a bit too much imo.   Side not though seems she is admitting that she doesn't wear panties giggly.

I'm not buying under the skirt, but I'll will buy that the hand is probably a little too close for (her) comfort. He should get chewed out for it, but not fired.

And lol at her for claiming it was sexual assault.
Pretty much intentionally touching a person in a sensitive area without their consent is considered sexual assault. Much like touching someone in a threatening manner, even if you don't hurt them, is assault.

That's basically where I am at.  I can see this as a zany radio dj ploy at worst.  She clearly is overreacting diva style.   I hope he wins.  Still from the pic it's hard to tell.

Meh that's a bit of a reach especially during a meet and greet where she probably hugged 100 or so folks.   Seems a bit out there.

Reading more of the story, he grabbed her and she reported it. He admitted she was groped but said it wasn't him and sued her. She counter sued and he destroyed evidence. It sounds like he's guilty and that he probably deserves everything he's getting.

^she says he went up her skirt and the picture proves it.  Unless there is another pic then it's clear that's not what happened.  She didn't say he casually put his hand on her ### during the pic but all the way up it.   The dude has a legitimate case IMO.   If he gets to a he said she said then I think it's terrible that he lost his job because of her.  But that pic helps him out in the case.

You can't tell if he's up the skirt from that pic. You can tell his hand is far from where it has any right to be, and she seems to be moving away from him. Perhaps the seconds before you would see his hand up the skirt in the back. There was apparently more evidence to what he did but he destroyed it before it could be presented in court.

His hand is not up her skirt in tbat pic.  She says it is but there is no way.
Since you can't see the back and there's no telling what the skirt looks like when she's standing alone, it's possible it could be pulled up in the back enough to get his hand under but not pull it up on the side. It depends on how much it would normally stick out to the side and front.

So now it comes out her mom didnt see this and wasnt even in the room.  These people are repulsive.   This PC culture has gone entirely too far.

In the photo his smile tells me he has crossed the line and he is having the pic taken so he can show buddies he crossed the line.  The clincher would be if his visible hand was flashing the shocker instead of the hook 'em horns.

Solid use of court time.

When did this DJ work for Taylor Swift? Pretty sure she didn't fire him, she reported that he groped her and his employer fired him. The guy then decided to sue Swift and at that point she countersued. I have a hard time finding fault with Swift giving this.

I hate entitled people like that
This makes zero sense at all.  This DJ, who has been fired from multiple jobs before, has been sanctioned in this case by the judge for destroying key physical evidence  and flat out had to admit that the story he told doesnt match up with the actual photo, which shows his hand a lot lower than it should be,  should somehow be deemed the victim in this case?

Remember this is not a sex assault trial.  The guy touched her and he had no business touching her. Swift went and reported it to his boss (not law enforcement mind you)  and his boss fired him for touching her-- it doesn't matter where he touched her. She doesn't have to prove this is a sexual assault. All she has to say is he's touching me and I didn't ask him to and he doesn't have a leg to stand on.

So not sure how you get entitled from this.

( and no, I really don't care about this case but being in Colorado it's pretty forefront in the news everywhere)

Counter-suing him for a buck is a nice move on her part. Makes you think she just wants vindication (not like she needs the cash anyway, but) and nothing more.
His hand is low in that pic. A rump grab is unacceptable regardless of over or under. His actions in destroying evidence only do more to damn him in the court of public opinion.

No.

i see it from the business perspective. one of my employees touches an important client in some inappropriate way? yeah, i'm going to fire that person because they are jeopardizing an important account. it's pretty simple, imho.
And because it's, you know, sexual assault to grab a woman's rear end.

Now I have said all along that this dude is probably playing the zany morning DJ act (I have never heard/of him before this) but I have a real problem with him losing his livelihood over a he said/she said story when there is evidence that contradicts what Swift is saying.  She and her mom knew exactly what would happen if they brought this up to his boss, no program manager in their right mind is going to cross swords with Team Swift.   She comes off as a prima donna and this "story" only adds to that look.  Do I think he went up her skirt and rubbed her ###?  Hell no.  She would have flipped out, the people there would have flipped out etc.  Do I think his hand went low, maybe who knows.  But I dont think that means the dude should be blackballed from his occupation.  The mom saying she was throwing up and crying over the situation is just nauseating and overkill.

Cant even tell if he is even actually touching her.

Her hand looks like it could be on his ###, too.

Dumb situation all around.

so Swift shouldn't have told his boss that he played grab ### with her, she should have just let it go?

At the end of the day, if Swift is making this up than #### her. I can't imagine the motivation for her to do so though.

If the DJ grabbed her ###, than he brought this upon himself. He is certainly suspect considering that he destroyed evidence and is suing Swift instead of his employer.

Her daughter was sexually assaulted in the workplace. Look at the photo. If your daughter were sexually assaulted, you probably wouldn't consider it overkill for your wife to react like this. Would you or I react like this? Probably not.  But that doesn't mean it's ridiculous for someone else to react like this.

You think some evidence contradicts her? I haven't seen it.  Fair warning before we start this conversation: I do this for a living.

No one said he can't go deliver pizza. His livelihood is not ruined. He can still make money or he could go on some D-rated reality show. I guess he should not have deleted evidence that might have helped him. He's lucky I'm wasn't there. I'd have kicked his ###.

If your daughter or wife showed you this photo from an office Christmas party and said that during or right after this photo this client ran his hand up her skirt and grabbed her rear end, you'd go ballistic.  Reasonably so.  And probably wouldn't be surprised at all if your wife - who had helped her get into this line of work in her teen years - felt horrible enough about it to be physically ill about it.

And then she did only one thing: reported the guy to the boss.  He decided to make a court case out of it.  To heck with him.  He'll lose everything over it, but not because she told his boss. Because he decided to make it into an international news story and it became a literal federal case.

He touched her and she didn't ask him to touch her. She complained to his boss and it was HIS boss that  made the decision to fire him. Not Taylor Swift firing him.

Panther, your argument would hold some water if this was a criminal trial for sexual assault,  but the bottom line is he touched her, there is evidence he touched her, he already looks bad for destroying evidence, and the fact his livelihood is ruined is primarily based upon the fact he's been fired from multiple jobs before this.

This is not the cross you want to die upon.

You're more generous than I am. And she is more generous in not filing charges than I would recommend to a client.
