#1 The past few years we've had different renditions of a master trade thread, where a poster would simply put a completed trade in. Last year, iirc, Keys simply started a thread and it ran on for months with people posting their trades. Very good stuff.

#2 Two years ago somebody (I think a staffer) actually updated the first post with info from all posts in the thread and listed them out by player. For example, if there were three Brandon Jacobs trades in the thread, Jacobs would be listed in the first post with the three different trades below his name and also the week in which the trade occured.

Either one works and are very helpful in determining player values real time, but if we could get the 2nd one rolling with a committed updater, that would be fantastic. Can we get a staffer or maybe a regular that can keep up with the volume?

Again, this would not be a rate my trade thread or should I make this trade thread.

I think it would be a good idea for anyone who posts a trade to put their LEAGUE TYPE (dynasty, redraft, keeper), STARTING REQUIREMENTS, and any SCORING DETAILS (PPR, etc.) that might affect a trade.

Figured its probably good to give the background of the league - or at least some basic info. Otherwise you can't get a real time true value. Hopefully others do something similar if they post.

This just guarantees that Maroney goes off and kills the committee brewing in NE.

I had three Detroit guys, he had 3 or 4 Patriots as well as too many high-salary QBs, so it was a diversification tactic on both parts. Much harder to do trades in this format when most teams are tight against the cap.

NcNabb and S. Holmes. I play in a 14-team league. The scoring format heavily favors TDs. Will I be making a mistake if the other team accepts the offer? Or, should I hold on a bit longer and see how things play out. I am inclined to go after NcNabb while his value is relatively low. Thanks.

I would not trade Portis for Holt in a redraft or dynasty. Especially not in a dynasty.

I would not trade Portis for Holt in a redraft or dynasty. Especially not in a dynasty.

Portis is on my bench. Would like to pair Holt with Moss to try to win this year. I was just surprised when the Holt owner started his reply with "Dude, I don't even know how to respond to this...".

You actually have to click on a players name. Then in the lower left, you'll see that recent trades section.

It's only available on an individual player basis...there is no general section. To see the trades involving Ahman Green you need to go to his page and the recent trades are listed halfway down the left side.
