Hi David,
Could you answer a couple of questions for us please?
When will the results for each of these contests be provided [Within 1 week of deadline, within 2 weeks of deadline]?
Where in the Forums will the results actually be posted [is it this thread, each individual contest thread]?
I don't mean to be picky, but at this point the deadline for each of the first 3 contests has expired, and the final 4 contests expire tonight. I don't see any posted results for any of the contests, and I think it would be helpful for setting expectations ...

This type of contest is a win/win situation for all. Even if I don't make it it's still been fun. These type of events and others that FBG's have done in the past greatly improves the reputation of the site and makes people want to return year after year. It helps to create an atmosphere that people want to be a part of and shows that FBG's is much more than just a football information site. I've been to many sites over the years and FBG's is always finding ways to improve and they have evolved into a top notch, first class website that they should be proud of. As long as you guys here keep doing what you're doing footballguys will continue to thrive and be one of the elite football sites on the web. Kudos for a job well done.

My apologies on the late judging here. Life has interfered in a big way for me the last week here. I have moved leagues 1, 2 and 3 to the end and renumbered things so this will start on Wednesday. I will wrap up all judging of the contests by COB of business today. I have also posted a thread for everyone to be considered for the at-large bids. We will close that up Friday and have those selections completed by Monday.

LEG 1: Best Ball / All Play - IIRC, no one got 'officially' eliminated until Week 5 - the Best Ball Scoring maximized your Starting Lineup from your Overall Roster, and you played All the other Teams in your Sub-League each week, so by Tuesday Morning, one Team had an 11-0 Record, one Team had a 10-1 Record, 9-2, 8-3, so forth...the following Week's record was added to the Week 1 Record, and at the end of Week 5, the Top 4 Cumulative W-L-T Records in each SubLeague Advanced to Leg 2.
My memory might be hazy on that, but that's how I think it went down.

There will be a thread in a couple of days, once the at large's are settled, to make your choice of league. You'll post your top choices, in order, and David or Clayton will fill the leagues based on those choices. I'd say most get their first choice, but not all, as scheduling 144 people is a nightmare in general.
