Jets play calling, equally bad as Viks all night, now the Jest might lose. This pleases me.

Jets deserve to lose just on the time management issue....doesn't anyone study these things and know exactly what to do?...freaken bone heads

And that's why you go for one on the previous TD
Why exactly? You still have to go for 2 on one or the other.Invalid point is invalid.
Because now it's a 2 possession game. Would it have been with the 1?Don't think so.
Dude, use your brain. If you assume the two point conversion has the same end result either way (no reason it wouldn't), then they need the two either way. When they miss it doesn't matter, and in fact is better to miss it early because now they can play knowing they need to score twice rather than just once.
They fail to get the two, which they did, it creates the opportunity to have what happened happen. You create the opportunity for a 2 possession game. I see no logic in putting my team in a position to be down 2 possessions in the 4th quarter.
If it is a 2 possession game, which is caused by missing a 2, it is better to know early than late. The chances of making the 2 are the same on the first or second TD. You are just wrong.

You're not getting it. If you're assuming they miss the first one then you have to assume they miss the second. What you're doing is assuming that the first one is a 100% miss while the second one is 50/50. At the time the decision was made, that was not the case. Both were 50/50. In this case we're assuming they miss either way so either you KNOW you need two scores ahead of time or you don't know you need two scores ahead of time and run the clock out against yourself.

Nothing wrong with calling a pass...if Sanchez takes the clock down to 2:03 or something. The clock will stop after the play anyway.

Is Les Miles coaching the Jets?
If so then I expect Favre to have Moss wide open in the endzone...to unload a perfect pass...and a lightning bolt to strike the ball 10ft off the ground vaporizing it as the clock strikes :00

They had 3 timeouts to burn, they really should have let it run all the way down to 2:03 and called the timeout to make sure they were snapping the ball at 2:03 rather than letting Sanchez try and figure it out himself.
