(FYI, I updated the numbers slightly in my original post after recounting.)
I think there are 10 picks that are clearly good picks:
- Chase Young

- Montez Sweat

- Da'Ron Payne

- Jonathan Allen

- Brandon Scherff

- Ryan Kerrigan

- Trent Williams

- Brian Orakpo

- Sean Taylor

- Chris Samuels

One pick that I think is debatable, but I consider it a good pick (and how I reached 11) because I think his performance level is probably around the baseline level you'd want out of a first rounder:
Two picks that I put in the bad pick category, but I guess I wouldn't complain a ton if someone wanted to argue they were fine. They are kind of similar picks, too. Both are #2 overall. Both showed great promise. But ultimately, both fell short of performing at a round 1 level for a long enough time.
- Robert Griffin III

- Lavar Arrington

And then there's six guys who I assume everyone agrees were bad picks:
- Dwayne Haskins

- Josh Doctson

- LaRon Landry

- Jason Campbell

- Patrick Ramsey

- Rod Gardner
