While at work this morning, I scribbled down off the top of my head 12 players who I was going to target, regardless of position.Surprisingly, the only two that have been picked so far are Honda (my pick) and Park Chu-Young. But then again, I'm not really researching based on stats, I just wrote down a bunch of guys who I thought were playing well or who are in good positions to come up big down the stretch.

He and Nakamura were so tempting during the original draft, but Japan were in such poor form that I couldn't pull the trigger. I took Haruna over Honda based on the fact that I thought Nigeria was going to go farther...I was wrong...
