I like this pick this late. Webo has been scoring a tonne in the run up to the World Cup. He's in exceptional form right now.kupcho1 said:14.08 / Pierre Webó / ST / Cameroon
I was deciding between him and Suazo. This is a very good pick. However, I think that Chile has a more likely chance to make it to the knockout stages.:(15.01 Nikola Zigic, ST, Serbia
I agree on Chile's chances. I am counting on Germany (podolski) and Spain (villa) to provide me my knockout stage strikers.I was deciding between him and Suazo. This is a very good pick. Decent chance to advance as well."three goals in two games for Webó, all with his head, all off of crosses from the left hand side of the pitch"
Steve Tasker said:Still a handful of strikers on the board who I've been waiting on for awhile for my 4th striker....I keep passing on some great value picks....just can't justify a spot for a guy who'll likely get cut....There's one...The Z Machine said:14.09 Humberto Suazo, ST, Chile
Sounds like a studs & duds pick.15.8 Sergi Busquets MF Spain

siWere my Greece guys on anyone's radar or were they reaches?D Vasilis TorosidisMF Giorgos Karagounis
They were both on my radar although I had nothing really on Torosidis (other than that he starts, which is worth something). There were a few other MFs I'd have ahead of Karagounis, but nothing glaring. One, Nenad Milijas, is off the board; but I like Serbia a lot more than I like Greece, so that could be coloring my preference. Were my Greece guys on anyone's radar or were they reaches?
D Vasilis Torosidis
MF Giorgos Karagounis "key man, captain (Panathinaikos). He helped lead the team in 2004, and though he'll turn 33 when the Cup kicks off, he still is the team’s main playmaker"
It was a good run.JMon was just here before the last pick!!!!!!!

Is he? I can't find him listed anywhere, either on p.1 or Kupcho's list. If he's gone, just skip me and let PIK pick.Otherwise, text me when I'm up. Hopefully someone can sort this out, I have to run.gone15.13 - Boubacar Barry, GK, Ivory Coast

Doesn't look like it. I've been watching him and Humberto Suazo for a few rounds...couldn't let him go any more with Suazo gone....if the Swiss can manage to make it out of the group, he could be a stud. 3 goals in 06.I thought he was taken.16.02 - Alexander "Alexander the Great" Frei, ST, Switzerland
