Come on, that is a great sign. People are really going to be offended by that?
my favorite was a couple years ago, "Sammy Watkins smokes mids"My all time favorite sign on College Gameday was "Corso is Game for ####"
Wasn't Gameday, but my favorite pregame football sign was after the TO suicide story: "TO, if at first you don't succeed, try, try again."my favorite was a couple years ago, "Sammy Watkins smokes mids"My all time favorite sign on College Gameday was "Corso is Game for ####"
Difference between making the sign and showing it off at a tailgate and it being show on ESPN during the middle of the day.We have really lost our sense of humor. Obviously it's offensive. It was meant to be. But some of our best comedy comes from stuff that offends the hell out of someone. Intent has to matter a bit. It was sophomoric but it wasn't hateful. And really though I can rail against hateful speech I'd rather have it out there where I can see it. We have to be careful how far we go down this road.

I don't understand what that means.
You may proceed to explain the joke.
Oh, Ok. TV should just show anything that might happen in a crowd of people. Not reallyDifference between making the sign and showing it off at a tailgate and it being show on ESPN during the middle of the day.We have really lost our sense of humor. Have you people never read a Studs & Duds post? You may proceed to explain the joke.
I have not. I do not even know Studs & Duds.I don't understand what that means.Have you people never read a Studs & Duds post? You may proceed to explain the joke.

Not offended at all (and find it very funny) but I am pretty surprised that the actual ESPN College Gameday page shared it on their FB page.Come on, that is a great sign. People are really going to be offended by that?

No, they should not show anything that anyone anywhere might find offensive.Oh, Ok. huhrummph. It is funny, but when you look at how it easy Ol' Miss' non-conference schedule, it really is insulting to those young women. Also, if I am a major network owned by Disney, I would try to not show a sign that implies 11,000 young women are sluts.
It is a show about football on a tv station owned by Disney and they are showing a sign implying the women of one of the public colleges they feature are sluts. It is inappropriate. People can say, oh we are too politically correct and scared to offend anyone. However, I am a bit of a conservative and think that this type of joke doesn't belong on a sports program in the middle of the day. It isn't about politically correctness, it is about tact, respect and civility. No, they should not show anything that anyone anywhere might find offensive.Oh, Ok. I would be willing to gather evidence.Hopefully somebody sues and ESPN lawyers prove in court that OM women are indeed easy.
I can't remember. There was a thread about it here. Some guy who was a huge studs fan, who introduced some entire other message board to the genius of studs. The person holding the sign might not have even been an FBG, but someone from this other board.Shuke > who was that holding the sign?
Also, you learned that Lee Corso is game for c0ck.This turned into a great thread. Someone posted some pics of some gorgeous Mississippi gals, and then shuke and some other people started talking about stuff I don't understand, and have thus far refused to explain. I WANT MORE OF THIS TYPE OF STUFF
