Cam did play poorly last week before the monsoon hit, but who knows how things would have gone as the game progressed. I don't think it was a very good game to judge him on.
As for Olsen, I fully expect him to have a big game and continue his nice start to the season.
*One note though: Be sure to pay attention to the news about Jeff Otah this week. When Otah was unable to play in week 2, the Panthers relied on Olsen to add assistance in the blocking game, while Jeremy Shockey played more as a receiver. I expect that to be an issue again if Otah can't go (and given his NFL track record, it's a good bet he will not be able to play).
Wonderful point, and can't be understated. I'll also throw in a conspiracy theory just to make things difficult. If "we" think Olsen will have a good game and be a focal point of the O, I am sure Chicago realizes this too (yes, a shocker). Knowing that, if I were Carolina, I would go to everyone but Olsen, unless the oppy presented itself. Carolina needs a win here (that NFC South is not as "staunch" as everyone predicted, and they are not a distant last by any means), so they don't have time to "play nice"...if this were NE v. Cincy, I would bet the farm ocho would light it up, because they can afford to mess a round a bit and Belicheck likes that kind of validation. Personally, I would go to Olsen on the first play, and use him as a decoy going forward until the D "got it" and then conservatively, integrate him back into the plan.
