During the time I was doing this I went from 210 to 170 or so. Still at 170.How much do you weigh?I went from 25 to 100 in 5 weeks. I then quit and can probably do 60 or so now - switched to weightroom type work.So did it work for anyone? I'd rather not read 800 posts to find out if anyone went from 20 to 100 pushups in six weeks.
