I'm pretty sure I did not weigh-in last week, but anyway, today's weight is 206, which occured after eating breakfast. Not great, but I'm down 7 lbs so far. 

Pretty sure I have not even reaped the benefits of significant water weight loss yet. I'm losing a pound a week, and I can't seem to join exercise and healthy eating together. It's always one or the other.

So, if I can drop 2 lbs a week for the next six weeks, that will put my weight loss at 19 lbs, and let's round that to 20, will that put me in contention?  9.4% reduction. If I can manage 3 lbs a week from now, that will get me up ton 11.7%

Is anyone still tabulating the weights?
Well @AAABatteries has the AIDS and is down 11.9%, so you may not win the wager but you can still win the war  :thumbup:

Yep - I've set my target at 20%.  I should get close.  

Really good week this week and I finally did a workout today - got in 20k steps with some running mixed in there.  

LET'S GO!!!!

 
Wife was actually sick on Valentine's Day (which I'd like to add was awesome!), so we're going out to dinner later in the week as  a makeup for that - I'd be happy to stay within 2 pounds this week, probably gain 5.

Proud of you guys who are hanging tough. I'm a couple beers into lunch at a restaurant with the family, but it's some hippie healthy low cal restaurant, so could be a lot worse. 

Still, I need to get motivated. 
Please, at least they were IPAs, right?

Off day today but I'm still up early so I'm making my gals pancakes they can enjoy when they wake up.  I will have none since my will is now steel when it comes to food.

Was in FLA celebrating my dad's 80th this past weekend.  Was talking to my brother and he was telling us that he runs 5-7 miles A DAY and a 5K race nearly every weekend (he travels all around entering races) :crazy:  

 
I've really slid.  I tried to transition off Keto and it's been a total disaster.  I'm back over 200 lbs for the first time in months.  God Dammit! 

Keto seems like the only way I can lose weight to be honest.

First week doing this and went from 184 to 183.5.....probably wasn't the best week to start this up since I had a vasectomy last Monday and am out of commission from the gym for a bit.  Ate great all week and then the weekend slipped a bit.   Alcohol intake was down significantly so was sugar consumption.....need to be more consistent on weekends....weekends are so f'in hard thoug.....so much easier having a routine during work hours.

Lost: 3.2

Dinner last night, decided to cook burgers on the grill since the weather was great.

Made myself a garbage plate, 2 burgers- 90% lean GB over oven baked potatoes and homemade mac salad (light mayo).  Topped with spicy mustard, onions, ketchup and Coach Tony's hot sauce.  Was easily 50% less calories than if I go it out at my favorite place with healthier ingredients and smaller portion sizes on the mac salad.  Tasted just as good.

Even after that I was still down the 2 lbs this AM.  Went for a few walks this weekend and played hockey in the driveway with my son for about an hour on Sunday so that got me moving.  Exercise going to be needed as part of my weekly routine if I want to make progress I think.  Need to lose 1.4 in the next week to reach 10% and that would be a huge accomplishment.  

 
@Keerock should be getting likes a plenty for being the impetus for AAA covering up his "feet" during his weekly weigh-in selfie.
One week thing - next week you'll get to see my glorious feet yet again.  I've already tossed the socks in the trash so I didn't have to answer any questions from the wife about why I wrote that on a pair of socks.   :ph34r:

down 1.4 pounds for the week and over 7 since this thing started.  Good week for me but some of you are still crushing this.  Congrats to all of you.  You are doing great work and are motivating.  Thank you.

I was so pissed.  I just need to be more disciplined.    I honestly believe a big part of the effectiveness of the keto diet is decoupling food with reward.   When you get no joy from eating, you don't eat from boredom or overeat much.  

That's the problem.  Food is a drug.  It just is.

I think the answer lies within.  It isn't a matter of motivation, it's a matter of discipline.

Pretty annoyed to have not worked out since Wednesday but this sinus infection is a #####. I'm gonna see if I can do something mellow today and ease back into it this week. 

 
Got pretty ripped at a disc golf tourney yesterday. Went to the bar afterwards and had a gigantic burger and fries.  :bag:   :porked:   :hangover:   My first real cheat / breakdown since I started. Back to the grind.  :boxing:

GB, if you get sick seeing a United fan transform in to a stud and it gets you motivated to be healthier then I'll keep it up - you're a good dude (even if you are a little misguided with your footie team). :hifive:
