You were saying?First time watching Denver this year. Pretty rough looking so far. Defense looks very, very mid. A lot of guys running wide open. Give up a lot of huge plays.
No it wasn't. Too close for punt and too far away for FG attemptStupid going for it on 4th there. Though I suppose they think the defense has the game under control.
LOL. Your disrespect for the Broncos knows no bounds. You've been wrong about them the entire yearA battle of 2 teams in the mix for the #1 seed, but both strike me as not as good as their records. I feel more strongly about Denver in that regard. I think the Packers D makes life tough for the Broncos offense and expect this to be a strong Micah Parsons game. I've liked how often the Packers are lining him up inside, as another wrinkle to the defense.
For Green Bay, Christian Watson is playing his best football post-ACL tear. GB moves their WRs around a ton, so I don't expect Surtain to be locked onto him, and I think anytime its Watson v Moss, they'll take that shot. I'd bet on another TD, even if its maybe a quieter day yardage wise. I think Josh Jacobs (who seems like he's playing) could hit some big runs against a Broncos defense that's better against the pass than the run (though that may be changing with Greenlaw)

Anyone who saw the injury thought thatFlorida just reported Packers believe Parson with torn ACL.
Them and Buffalo have been the 2 toughest teams for me to read, that and being too patient with KC (which I certainly wasn't alone on) I did get the Jacobs big run thing right at least.LOL. I'm a Bears fan, so I'm thrilled to be wrong about this game.
Game didn't matter season's done now with Parsons going down. He covered up their terrible CBs. Now teams will have a field day throwing against them.Just what the f packers.
He has been dealing with the knee injury since the Giants game. Didn’t practice all week, and clearly on a bit of a pitch count. Not sure what signs there are to think there isn’t an injury.I was shocked to see Jacobs with such a monster week. Especially after they promoted a dude from the taxi squad, and Jacobs availability was allegedly in question up until the night before the game.
Then he comes out with that smash start against a top defense & I’m seriously wondering if there ever was a “knee injury” or if that was more coaching chicanery.
They were considered NFC contenders this preseason even before they traded for Parsons. And they played last year and did fairly well with essentially the same CBs. Certainly got tougher though.Game didn't matter season's done now with Parsons going down. He covered up their terrible CBs. Eh, I heard that elsewhere today, and I don't buy this idea that Parsons' injury was the reason they lost, which is more of less the implication. Denver's offense had already scored 21 on GB with Parsons, so it's not like GB's defense was stopping them anyway yesterday. Denver's defense putting the Packers offense on lockdown for most of the second half is why they won the game.Disappointing all the way around. The Packers were handling the Broncos D with ease. The Tom and Watson injuries had an impact on that in the second half and the Parsons injury completed deflated the team. You could visibly see the mental effect it had. Injuries are part of the game, but the Packers could have really made a run.
I guess you skipped over the part where he cited the injuries to Tom and Watson. Big reason why Denver's defense put the Packers offense on lockdown.Eh, I heard that elsewhere today, and I don't buy this idea that Parsons' injury was the reason they lost, which is more of less the implication. Okay, but we can do that with every game. "If this player hadn't gotten hurt." We'll never know what happens if those guys don't get hurt for the Packers, but I don't think it's safe to assume that a defense as good as Denver's gets smoked for four straight quarters by the Packers.I guess you skipped over the part where he cited the injuries to Tom and Watson. Agreed. Parsons' presence in the lineup was not game changing. Not only had Denver already put up 3 TD's but had 1st and 10 in the red zone on their way to their go-ahead 4th TD on the play he got injuredEh, I heard that elsewhere today, and I don't buy this idea that Parsons' injury was the reason they lost, which is more of less the implication.
