LB Dan Morgan (concussion) continues to be listed as out, and he was joined there by TE Mike Seidman (knee). Panthers coach John Fox didn't specify what was wrong with Seidman, but that clears the way for rookie Jeff King to join the game-day roster.
T Todd Fordham (shoulder), C Justin Harrtwig (groin) and S Shaun Williams (foot) were all listed as questionable and held out of practice.
WR Steve Smith, CB Ken Lucas and RB Nick Goings are listed as probable, and all three worked fully.
