Patriot running backs on Monday Night? (1 Viewer)

I know this is probably a lost cause with Belicheck being Belicheck, but wondering if any New England homers have any insights into who's likely to get the majority of carries on MNF.

The Chiefs are looking dreadful with an unproven QB ready to get his first start, and I could see the Pats going up big early and then just running the ball the rest of the way.

So, I'm wondering if because Ben Jarvis Green Ellis is apparently limited as of practice on Saturday, does that make it more likely that Steve Ridley is called back into action? What is the deal with Kevin Faulk? And does Danny Woodhead do something again?

Anyone have any thoughts? Yudkin?

There really is no way of knowing what the hoody is planning at this point. The only thing we do know is the last time a Pats RB score 10 fantasy points was BJGE against the Jets in Week 5. Since then, NE RB fantasy scoring has been minimal. Green Ellis has been limited in practice for weeks, so I would think he will play. I wouldn't want to have to start any of the Pats backs . . . and given that the game is on MNF, it's unlikely people will have the ability to make a switch at game time anyway.

My game is decided, I'm up 90, and I had the Pats D starting. I drop the pats d for vereen. I'm leaning on him or Ridly to see garbage time but who the hell knows.

You can start a Defense/RB flex?
No I have HOU D on my bench.. The plan is to not start a defense this week because I'm up 90 points and my opponent only has Hernandez left to play. So I chose to drop NE D for Vereen. No I can't start Vereen for the week but if he plays I'll likely keep him. Seems like a good gamble that's relevant to the thread if anyone is in the same position.

Could see the 4 headed beast for the rest of the season, or we could see Danny Woodhead route all the haters, who knows. #unpopularopinions

Why do we not think BJGE gets the garbage time work?
As a guess?? his toe, coaches can see what the rooks do vs another team, and it's sportsman like if the game is out of hand(not that Bellichek cares about those things).

Anyone notice BJGE playing fullback in front of Vereen on MNF? When was the last time the Pats had a fullback - Heath Evans? I wonder if it's a wrinkle we might see more down the stretch with cold weather games coming up and the overall lack of production the Pats have received out of their WR2.

Both Gronkowskis line up at FB sometimes, Welker lines up at FB sometimes, Mayo lines up at FB some times, theyve even lined up willfork as a FB. Id say ~10 plays a game they run a full back.
