Why does my paycheck last week end in 0.31, this week in 0.33, and next week in 0.32?

Obvious answer is just rounding. I'd have to see the inputs/deductions/formulas and software to give you the exact answer.

In accounting this is what is called "immaterial" and we just shrug our shoulders and move on with our day.
