Philadelphia at Green Bay (1 Viewer)

With Rodgers playing like this, GB is the team to beat in the NFC and probably the NFL.
The Packers are similar to the Broncos in that both look all-wordly at home, but on the road is another story. If the Packers can win out and get home field, they have a great shot, but if they have to go on the road once or twice, it will be tough.
Anotjer great point. They have not.played the same on the road this year.

Good game for the Pack. We got the Titans next week.....let's see what Chip does after a pounding like this.

Sanchez owners get a nice thumb in the eye there at the end.
What the flip is wrong with Sanchez owners? He scored pretty well and even out produced his ESPN projection. #9 QB in our league right now....
I think most Sanchez owners feel OK, but not great with how he did. (FOUR turnovers can be costly in many leagues)

Philly fans are a different story. Sanchez played poorly today, missing a lot of wide open receivers and making a few silly choices.

He also got lit the #### up. He had to be seeing stars. Not defending his play, but christ.

This is no different than Sanchez always plays. If his team has a solid lead and the defense is playing well, Sanchez can manage the game and hit a few big plays to bring home the win. If the game is put all on Sanchez and he has to play from behind, he is not going to win you the game.

Sounds a lot like Romo actually.

A bit unfair to judge Sanchez after this game. At Green Bay, down 17-0 before you know it. He didn't really cost the Eagles until they were already out of it.

Eagles offense is predicated on first downs, without those, team struggles.

What other offense is NOT predicated on first downs? And of those offenses which are not predicated on first downs...do those offenses struggle?

Haha reminds me of this madden quote - "Usually the team that scores the most points wins the game."

Offenses that rely on the big play smartass. The hurry up needs first downs to work. Without those, it becomes a vicious cycle of your own defense getting tired and the other defense being rested.

Well that's no excuse if we go by Foles getting beat down in the Redskins game. So if he sucks next week, he deserves the same treatment.
