Are you in a 3 team league or something?
I made 1 bad move dealing you man Portis for D.Davis. That backfired on me. Portis carried me to 2 titles with Denver
I don't consider that a bad move. I love DD.
Ya I do too, i would love to keep him if they don't grab Bush. Portis has found the endzone lately unlike Dom. i do think Davis will be huge the last few weeks of the season.Little attention seems to have been paid to Texans RB Domanick Davis (right) this season, but let it be said that he could be the most underrated must-play option for your fantasy playoffs. Though he ranks just 15th at his position in fantasy points (13.1 per game), Davis has quietly been one of the more reliable starters the past three weeks, topping 100 scrimmage yards in each of those three games, totaling 401 with two touchdowns. He's perhaps the only positive story in an otherwise awful season for the Texans, and if not for the team's terrible 1-11 record and the fact that a knee injury cost him two games earlier in the year, Davis might not raise any doubt as teams prepare for their postseason matchups. He'll probably keep missing Wednesday practices, as he seems to every week for precautionary measures, but unless news breaks that he'll miss any given game, he should be in there the rest of the year. Consider that Houston faces one of the most favorable schedules from this point forward, with the Titans, Cardinals, Jaguars and 49ers rounding out the year. Even when the Texans fall behind in the score early, he's averaging 24.0 touches per game, getting enough work as a receiver to make up any lost work on the ground. And if the Jacksonville matchup scares you, keep in mind Davis had 189 scrimmage yards and a score in their last meeting, in Week 16 last season. A case could be made for Davis to be a No. 1 starter the final four weeks, but if he's your No. 2, he's about the best of that class.

By the way, great avatar. That IS a Siberian, right?

This still hasn't been moved, huh?  The mods must be drunk.
Or not around. It's been reported. So how about them Nuggets?
Pretty pedestrian. I had high hopes for that team. I remember reading an article on ESPN last season about how their hot streak down the strecth was nothing more than a really long luck streak. I guess it was written by the basketball equivalent of that famous baseball stat guy.

There's a basketball version of Bill James?Impressive.

I remember hearing about how a few basketball teams were trying to use the "Moneyball" concept in the NBA...but to me, that would be a LOT harder to do.

Assistant coach's forum sucks. Nobody replies, on this board you get a ton of feedback.I understand you want pertinent NFL information only on this board, sorry.I guess I'll just move on.

Keep the 3 stud RBs, LJ, McGahee and DD, and then Chad Johnson. Can't go wrong with 3 top RBs. You could always trade one of them later for a top WR.

C Palmer

L Johnson

W McGahee

A Gates
McGahee over both Holt and CJ, man I dont know about that. Gates I could easily see but Willie run for 50yds or Willie run for 60yds McGahee?

The question you should ask yourself is, which four of these players would go highest in a draft tomorrow? That's why you've got to go for the 3 RBs. They would all likely go in the 1st round. As great as Gates, Palmer etc are, they would probably not be drafted until the 2nd-3rd rounds, and that right there tells you their relative value.
