Sorry for multiple threads, but these guys belong in the same discussion for late round RB fliers.

Adding Mullings since he didn't make the other thread.

Martinez and Allen are the two most talented. I would have included Smith, but he looks like a stick and gives me Kenny Gainwell vibes. I expect Smith to get more votes than Allen, but not for me.

Mullings is a tough, physical runner who carried the Michigan offense last year. I wouldn't be surprised if he carved out a role in the NFL.

Martinez and Allen would be my calls as well. Frankly, I don't necessarily think Tuten>Allen in Jacksonville. Tuten to me looks like a really fast guy, who brings nothing else but speed to the table. I think Allen will also put on weight (6-0, 201) in the pros (he's only 20) I think he can be a good 3rd down RB, who maybe lucks into some spot starts. Martinez, I think was grossly under drafted, I liked him as a prospect more than multiple day 2 guys. I thought he was a great runner, with good size/power and vision, with decent enough (4.51) speed. I figured, worst case, really good short yardage runner, who can start in a pinch. Offers little as a receiver, but man, I didn't see him as all that different from Judkins/Johnson.

I actually think Brashard Smith might be playing the wrong position. I thought he looked like a slot WR, who you scheme touches to. Which is what he was at Miami until he transferred to SMU. No idea what, if any, his role is in KC. I'm kinda on board with the sneaky KC play being Elijah Mitchell.

Kyle Monangai was, in my eyes, the best pass blocker in the class. The Bears depth chart is pretty thin (I've never liked Roschon Johnson, or Swift really) so maybe he gets a role as a pass blocker/GL runner. But he's not a good enough runner to be more than a part of a RBBC, and likely the lower part. I like Zack Moss as a comp for him, and that's probably a ceiling.

JCM was the easy call for me and apparently most. Talent and situation he could seize a role.

Went with Monangai next but it's almost purely opportunity related. I'd be surprised if the Bears are done with that backfield but right now it's him vs Roschon to complement Swift.

Smith's got a great shot to have a role, and I was torn on putting him over Monangi because of it but my issue is it's just hard to see that much of a role to ever matter. Just seems more like a weapon type of guy. Best case scenario, and it's certainly possible, is a Jet McKinnon role and if he pulls that off he'll probably deserve to have got a top two vote.

I like LeQuint Allen a lot, if he's not the best pass protecting RB in this class he's definitely had the best pass blocking season any RB in this class has had. 4's a crowd right now in Jax though and I'm not looking at this in terms of deeper roster type leagues but what I normally play, FFPC.

Martinez is buried, worse then 4's a crowd JAX by far. Best you can hope for with a guy like this is in barring an unforseen trade they let Walker walk and he's Charb's caddy in 2026 with McIntosh maybe sticking and hogging up some passing down work. Don't have roster space to wait that limited looking upside out.

Only RB I think might be as buried as Martinez is Edwards.

Mullings makes me a little lower on Pollard and Spears as they said before the draft they wanted a power back and he could be it, for sure taking some valuable goal line carries. But I don't think he's got much value on his own, not in PPR.

Surprised Sanders went undrafted, fastest RB from the combine once he hit the 30 yard marker and I liked him in general but just the way NFL values speed that surprised me seeing him undrafted. But what's the most logical best case scenario? Sit on him a year in hopes he's Hamptons handcuff/COP?

My picks pre-draft would have been Martinez and Mullings but I hate their locations.

Monangai and JCM would be my picks now.

Would love for Mafah to do something, but I don't really expect much.
