So this league already had a bit of a pinball machine scoring system, 150+ pts per week was the norm and 250+ wasn't unheard of. Its PPR with yardage scoring that favors RB (1pt/5yds rush, 1pt/15yds rcv, 1pt/20yds pass); however, ALL TD's are 6pts and the 1pt/completion made the top QB's extremely valuable. Having Brees, Rodgers, Brady, Peyton didn't guarantee a SB win but it sure did help get you close. Having a QB score 30pts from completions alone would cover up shortcomings at other positions. This resulted in almost having to take a QB in the first 3-4rnds. Seeing Rodgers or Brees go in the first 5picks was the norm.
Well, this year the league has added 1pt/rush attempt which will inflate scoring further. I've played around in DD, DataDom, VBD Excel and a few other applications in hopes of gauging the impact but am still struggling to get a handle on it. I think the big changes will be:
Any other thoughts? Anyone play in a similar scoring system?

- Differences between high pass attempt QB's (Brees, Brady, Rodgers) and the "running" QB's (Wilson, RG3, Kaep) will be less pronounced.
- QB's that throw alot and get a high number of rushes will be that much more valuable; Newton comes to mind.
- Workhouse RB's will be more valuable; especially those that catch a fair amount of passes too.
