So you can have 3 ticks left to try 1 play? Once inside the 40 you gotta take shots almost every Down, what good did it do to take the free yards, it costs you the entire meal in the end.

you can make the argument that by going for it they removed the chance of a blocked FG beating them and the worst that could happen was a QB not named Russell Wilson drive 85 yards to beat them.

Get 1 yard and end the game or have a 4th stringer drive 80+ yards for a TD. I take my chances on getting the yard. It was the correct decision but a terrible play call.

Dallas was close to blocking all PIT kicks so ghat must have factored in as well.
