Playoff Owners who lost Forte Week 13... (1 Viewer)

So who else made the playoffs while losing Forte and what's your plan B for Week 14?

I had two WTF spots on my roster last week and decided to handcuff CJ and Forte before week 13. Seemed like a good idea at the time but Barber's just too risky for a Week 14 matchup.

Ingram is currently in my starting lineup but I think Ricky Williams is situational gold for Week 14. About to snatch him up off waivers and go back and forth all week on Ingram vs Ricky.

same here. Plannng two of either Jonathan Stewart, Hillis or Holmes (RB 2 and a Flex).

Was holding Hillis for a week 15 flex but....best laid plans

Both of you guys are sitting better than me. We have a horrible waiver system in this league, rolling based on standings and it's not even a dynasty. Kept missing out on RB after RB on the waiver wire because my team was winning, it was pathetic.

Yea the qb stinks but If Von Miller is out you should play him.My options are looking like Redman and Saine

Same situation here, although I earned a first round playoff bye so don't have to worry until week 15. At that point I've got to pick 2 from Hillis (vs. ARI), McGahee (vs. NEP), Tolbert (vs. BAL), P. Thomas (vs. MIN) and Jacobs (vs. WAS). Probably going with Hillis and either Thomas or McGahee.

Read that Forte received a platelet rich plasma injection today, which is supposed to quicken the healing process. There's some talk that maybe he only misses two weeks and comes back to play week 16, but that's pretty wishful thinking.

i'm basically screwed... 14 team league with limited bench spots and i traded all my good backups early in the year to optimize the starting lineup so i'm pretty much down to HOPING i can get ricky williams or brandon saine off blind bid waivers or if not then i'll have to roll with felix freaking jones  better yet my playoff opponent has MJD and turner as his RBs with incrediblely favorable matchups this week    :wall:

I'm going to have to start J-Stew as he's the best remaining RB on my roster, but I don't like the matchup. Saine and Williams look like the best options available but it would take a lot of guts to start them in a playoff matchup. I'm considering Daniel Thomas who is on my bench as well, but it's PPR so his upside is pretty capped week to week.

I've been holding Hunter and Jacquizz Rodgers, hoping for some playoff love, but it's looking pretty unlikely right now.

For me this may actually be a blessing in disguise. I have been starting Forte all year and Lynch over the last month. But with Cutler out Forte has been very pedestrian. Which now allows me to plug Mathews back into my lineup. He had found my bench due to silly injuries - but his recent play could be gold.

As soon as Mathews gets banged up again I will be down to DeAngelo....

Starters were Forte and Bradshaw. Bench is Ingram, Spiller, SF backup Hunter

Going to hope Spiller keeps producing and roll with Bradshaw vs. Dallas over Ingram at Tenn.

Guess I'll hold onto Forte and see if he can make it back in week 16. But after the way he got dissed by Chicago, there's ZERO chance I'd come back for them if I were him. He's going to continue to get his brain beat out without a credible threat at QB. O-line wasn't great to begin with.

I'm in a start 2 RB format, no flex. I was lucky enough to make the playoffs and the AP owner has been out of contention for a while. I was lucky enough to snag Gerhart this morning.

Toby gets the nod over Battle, Hunter and Grant. I traded away all my decent backups hoping to ride Rice and Forte to the finals.

I feel mildly confident with Gerhart.
