So he basically threw everyone under the bus. I'm sure his OL will be fighting tooth and nail for him out there come Sunday.

But he has the cutest little costumes to entertain the center ring Yeah the OL was terrible last week and he did well to get what he did. But horrible play-calling and a sucky QB didn't exactly help. And him whining about it (and adding how great he is) is more than a little obnoxious and idiotic. ie just another in a long line of mindless POSs in the NFL (as if that's anything new)Hey Portis: you make sick amounts of money to play a game, and even you admit you don't practice all that hard. Doesn't sound like too rough a life. How about appreciating that?

I'm sorry I wasn't clear in making my point. In my opinion this smells of terrible journalism. The title of the this thread and the articles I've read are misleading. I'm not in any way trying to defend what was said. I'm just disappointed in how its being reported and how people take than and run with it. The guy who wrote this all up is probably thrilled with himself. Mission accomplished.

People tend to overreact on these boards. You see it everywhere. The stats don't usually tell the whole story in football because it is such a team reliant sport. In the betting thread people were saying that NO was a lock for the same reason. Washington is a solid team, even if they are not an elite team. Unfortunately for them, they are in a real tough division.
