12-Team PPR (1.5 for TE)/IDP

1.1 AJ Green

2.1 Randall Cobb (over Carter-Hunter-Helu-Murray/Baldwin/Newton)

3.1 Kendall Hunter (over Murray/Hankerson/Gabbert)

Happy with the guys I took. There's a lot of value falling in this draft. But one has really been willing to move. Offered 2.1/3.1 for 1.10/3.10 to grab Little... guy declined and then took Rudolph (I have Finley/KW2, 1.11 has Gates/Pettigrew, 1.12 has Witten/Lewis). Oh well.

12 Team Dynasty, standard scoring, no PPR 3 round rookie draft

1.12 Greg Little CLE WR

2.01 Delone Carter RB IND

2.09 Torrey Smith WR BAL

2.12 Greg Salas WR STL

My only regret is at the 2.09 I had the choice between Blaine Gabbert, Jake Locker, and Torrey Smith. I was sure that one of the QB's would last the next two picks if I took Smith and then Gabbert and Locker went 2.10 and 2.11. Salas isn't a bad consolation, but I really could have used one of the QB's as a #2 QB. My current QB's are Aaron Rodgers and Ryan Fitzpatrick.

3.05 - Colin Kaepernick QB SF

4.05 - Traded this for a 2012 3rd round pick

6.06 - Da'Rel Scott RB NYG

6.11 - Robert Housler TE ARI

I didn't have a lot of high draft picks and I traded 2 picks away to land a couple of higher round draft picks next year.

16 team full IDP. I went IDP heavy and early in the initial draft last year because it is IDP heavy scoring and it left my offense in shambles. I took a lot of flyers on rookies hoping a couple pan out.

How did you get the 1.1 in all those leagues?
First league was first year and drafted early. I had Sidney Rice, S. Smith, Deangelo, and Spiller. I finished last, traded 1.1 and reacquired it from a different owner.

Second, went from first to almost worst. I actually had 1.2 not 1.1. Romo, R. Moss, S. Smith, R. Bush, P. Thomas, and a couple of bad trades.

Third I adopted the the worst team and still have the worst team.

Our 12 team IDP league has 25 keepers (k), 5 Restricted Free Agents ®, Unrestricted FA (u) then our Rookie Draft (d) before we have to cut down to 37 keepers and 4 taxi squad players:

QB: Shaub(k), Orton(k), Tebow(k), Bulger(u), Webb(u)

RB: Peterson(k), Charles(k), Mendenhall(k), J. Stewart(k), Blount(k), Gerhart®

WR: Jennings(k), Marshal(k), Rice(k), Harvin(k), J. Nelson(k), B. White(u), D. Amendola(u), E. Doucet(u)

DB: L.Landry(k), P.Chung(k), M.Burnett(u), G.Wilson(u)

Draft (picked 3rd overall in traditional draft (no snaking):

1.03 AJ Green WR Cin (Jones, Thomas went 1-2... very pumped about AJ Green as couldn't count much on Marshall or Rice after struggled to find field or endzone last year).

2.03 Greg Little WR Cle (Was targeting a WR later in the draft but with Gabbert off the board and solid RB strength couldn't pass on another WR1 sitting there)

3.03 Colin Kaepernick QB SF (Newton, Gabbert, Ponder, Locker and Dalton off the board... Kaep was actually my #2 ranked QB with the harbaugh connection and only Alex Smith who was benched continuously for Troy Smith last year in front of Kaep)

4.03 Jabaal Sheard DE Cle (My main IDP expert Jene Bramel had Sheard as the #1 DE to be taken in the early 3rd round, so to get him in the 4th was great value, plus I may have to IR Graham. Sheard should see the field a lot year 1)

5.03 Lance Kendricks TE Stl (Gonzalez last season, Carlson a huge question mark, Cook looks like he'll finally get his opportunity, Dickson waiting for Heap to move over, needed another playmaking TE with Kendricks as #1 TE to come off the board. Like him better than Rudolph)

6.03 Greg Jones LB NYG (Beason didn't have the year predicted, McClain took a bit longer to come around, Woodley a stud OLB, Merriman a huge risk and question mark I am a Bills fan so hopeful he can recapture, Sesson or Connor who is WLB in Indy... Like the chance Greg Jones could be MLB for NYG)

Targeting for cuts (depending on off-season happenings):

Webb, Bulger, Gerhart, Doucet, Dickson, Dockett/Kampman, Connor/Session

16 team PPR w/idp

League A

1.02 - Julio Jones

1.04 - Mark Ingram

2.01 - Christian Ponder (there was a run on QB's before this pick and the only QB's left were Ponder, Kaepernick, Dalton, and Mallet)

2.02 - Kyle Rudolph

3.05 - Bruce Carter

3.13 - Daquan Bowers

Every one of these picks filled a need for me. I liked getting 2 top 5 - 10 talents in the 3rd with Carter and Bowers. Hoping I can get atleast 2 - 3 years out of Bowers before his knee gives out...if at all.

League B

1.07 - Mikel LeShoure

2.07 - Titus Young

3.07 - Martez Wilson *starting not to like this pick since he's pegged as the SLB.

4.07 - Adrian Clayborn

5.07 - Cecil Shorts *homer pick. Also couldn't believe he was still available.

League C

1.04 - Mark Ingram - Traded the 1.12, 1.14, and 3.15 for this pick. Funny thing is I tried trading up to the 1.2 to get him and he "fell" to the 1.4

1.10 - Ryan Williams - Traded a 2012 1st, 2.15, and 5.08 for this pick

1.15 - Jake Locker

3.12 - Adrian Clayborn

4.08 - Jacquizz Rodgers

4.15 - Jerrel Jernigan

This league is full of guppies and I feel kinda guilty most of the time. The #1 pick was Von Miller and Patrick Peterson went at 1.3! The same guy that took Peterson at #3 took Jimmy Smith later in the 1st round!

Drafting complete in three leagues already. All Dynasty, all PPR.

LEAGUE 1: Rebuilding and in need of youth. Many trades made to acquire picks prior to the draft. WRs okay with AJ and a few tier 2-3 guys. RBs needed and a QB.

1.02 Ingram, Mark NOS RB

1.04 Thomas, Daniel MIA RB - over Williams, just my gut for immediate returns and 2-5 year window.

1.11 Cobb, Randall GB WR - best available WR at the time in my opinion.

2.02 Locker, Jake TEN QB - missed Newton by a pick to handcuff Clausen on my roster. Considered Ponder, but see veteran help coming in either place (TEN or MN), but too many WR questions not knowing about Rice.

3.09 Rudolph, Kyle MIN TE - best value for my roster.

LEAGUE 2: Decent team with solid RBs (CJ3 and Mendy). WR and QB injuries hurt last year.

1.02 Green, A.J., CIN WR - will pair nicely with AJ for a few years.

1.04 Thomas, Daniel MIA RB - keep the RBs building. Again, gut preference over Williams and others.

2.02 Smith, Torrey BAL WR - best WR available over Brown, Salas, considered RB Hunter.

2.04 Newton, Cam CAR QB - handcuff for Clausen and overall QB health.

3.02 Rudolph, Kyle MIN TE - Salas actually almost made it to me here. Best TE (or second best) to pair with Moeaki and dispense an aging H. Miller.

LEAGUE 3: Middle of the road finish last year. WRs are aging but have Nicks, Holmes, Gettis, Benn, in the fold. Finley at TE. Foster and SJax at RB, then nada.

1.06 Leshoure, Mikel DET RB - Best still likely the guy, but best RB to add at this point and may contribute sooner rather than later.

2.06 Hunter, Kendall SF RB - Hoping for the same, some short-tun contributions with the real benefit in year two or three.

4.06 Moore, Denarius OAK WR - like his potential for year two or three on the roster.

1.11 Carter, Delone IND RB

2.11 Brown, Vincent SDC WR

3.11 Salas, Greg STL WR

5.13 Jones, Greg NYG LB

I will be happy if one of them actually contributes to my team.

12 team non-PPR, 3 round. start:1QB,1RB,1WR,1TE,3R/W/T flex(max 3 RB)

1.01 Mark Ingram (with Blount and Torain as my only likely returning startable RBs -RBrown,McGahee,Hightower,Scott,Ringer,Dixon,KSmith,KWilliams- looked to go RB early and often)

1.07 Mikel Leshoure

2.01 Roy Helu (figured handcuff with upside, but now I have to handcuff him? might as well pick up Royster too. Shanahanigans)

2.04 Greg Little (couldn't let two potential WR1s drop any further)

2.06 Leonard Hankerson

2.10 Alex Green (think the job could be his in a year or two)

3.01 Colin Kaepernick (was my favorite QB of the class, took him right after Dalton -the fifth off the board- went at 2.12)

3.07 Jacquizz Rodgers (was excited to get him this late. love his upside if he ever sees more than 3rd down, but 3rd down production could alone be greater than most of my other RBs)

Traded RBrown and Ringer for 2012 2nd round pick of team that held the 4th pick this year. With TRichardson, CGray, KDavis, MBall, LJames, MFloyd, AJeffery, JBlackmon, RBroyles, JCriner, ALuck, MBarkley, NFoles, KMoore to name a few likely available next year at this time, would love to turn that 2nd round pick into whichever may fall; assuming the owner finishes in roughly the same draft slot.

16 team salary based IDP league

1.15 WR Randall Cobb GB (gotten Cobb later in the first in a few drafts and am happy to sit on him while he develops in that offense)

1.16 RB Delone Carter IND (Would have preferred to get an RB like Vereen or trade back a few slots but took the BPA imo so we'll see what happens)

2.15 LB Mason Foster TB (I reached here a bit but a few guys that I was aiming for - Quizz and Salas were snagged before along with a few other LBs, Mason was my 2nd rated IDP coming in so still happy to get him)

2.16 WR Bilal Powell NYJ (I once again tried to trade back as I'm not in love with this pick but he was the BPA available.)

3.06 Upcoming (I really wanted QB Kaepernick here but missed out by a few slots and am now thinking I should have taken Powell at 2.15, Kaepernick at 2.16 and then hoped Mason Foster or Bruce Carter dropped to the 3.06 pick.)

Overall I am so-so on my draft so far but the later picks in the round have me a little handcuffed and no one has been interested in moving up.

ok start 2 QB, 2 RB, 4 WR, 2 TE, pretty standard scoring, PPR for WR only. 4 pts per TD

Keep in mind my team has lots of needs but mostly at QB where i somehow ended the season with no starters and several questions for next year. Hall/Skelton, Webb, Whitehurst.... So I decided QB was a priority in this draft as no matter what they go early due to start 2 needs.

1.3 - qb-C.Ponder

1.4 - qb-J.Locker

1.8 - rb-R.Helu (have Torain)

2.3 - wr-J.Baldwin

2.5 - traded for a 2nd and 3rd in 2012

3.6 - rb-B.Powell

3.9 - rb-E.Royster

4.2 - qb-R.Stanzi

5.2 - rb-J.White

5.7 - qb-T.J Yates

5.11 - qb-R.Devlin

Not a fan of Newton or Carolina's offense right now. Not sure how Rivera will fare in his 1st year. As a Charger fan i am hoping for him, but skeptical. Ponder is in the best situation for early success with the team around him, and I just prefer Locker to Gabbert. That could be a mistake, but if all else fails you need to have guys you want to root for. Yes I am playing into Shanny's games with Torain, Helu and Royster, but i think by roster cut day we will see Torain as the starter and Helu the backup (until injury, then it switches). I like Helu as a player and Royster ends up on the practice squad.

Anyway, most wont like it, but its what i felt i needed to do....

At 3.06 I took WR Titus Young DET with my next pick. Not sold on him yet but with the 38th overall pick I really like the value.

16 team salary based IDP league1.15 WR Randall Cobb GB (gotten Cobb later in the first in a few drafts and am happy to sit on him while he develops in that offense)1.16 RB Delone Carter IND (Would have preferred to get an RB like Vereen or trade back a few slots but took the BPA imo so we'll see what happens)2.15 LB Mason Foster TB (I reached here a bit but a few guys that I was aiming for - Quizz and Salas were snagged before along with a few other LBs, Mason was my 2nd rated IDP coming in so still happy to get him)2.16 WR Bilal Powell NYJ (I once again tried to trade back as I'm not in love with this pick but he was the BPA available.)3.06 Upcoming (I really wanted QB Kaepernick here but missed out by a few slots and am now thinking I should have taken Powell at 2.15, Kaepernick at 2.16 and then hoped Mason Foster or Bruce Carter dropped to the 3.06 pick.)Overall I am so-so on my draft so far but the later picks in the round have me a little handcuffed and no one has been interested in moving up.

Zealots draft #1

1.12 QB Cam Newton, CAR

2.4 QB Blaine Gabbert, JAX

2.7 RB Kendall Hunter, SF

2.9 WR Vincent Brown, SD (via trade)

3.4 QB Andy Dalton, CIN

3.10 WR Edmond Gates, MIA

4.6 LB Jonas Mouton, SD

5.2 RB Dion Lewis, PHI

5.10 RB Jordan Todman, SD

6.8 TE Robert Housler, ARI

I started off this draft with four picks (a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and a 5th) and after sending away Jason Campbell, Desmond Bishop, Tramon Williams, Austin Collie, and Louis Murphy in four separate trades, I ended up with these ten guys. I probably could've gotten a little more in a couple of the trades that I made, but I'm very pleased with the way the draft turned out.

I knew I needed serious help at QB, since I had Schaub and pretty much nothing else, so I figure if one of the three I drafted is a superstar, then that's great. If two of them hit, then I had an incredible draft.

Zealots draft #2

1.2 RB Mark Ingram, NO

2.2 WR Vincent Brown, SD

3.2 WR Edmond Gates, MIA

4.2 RB Jordan Todman, SD

5.2 LB Jonas Mouton, LB

6.2 WR Tandon Doss, BAL

No trades here, I just drafted from my position. Very happy to have gotten Ingram and Brown. I know I reached a little for Todman, but I do have Matthews. I like Gates' potential and I feel like Mouton could do well in SD. Doss was the best of what was left at that point, imo.

Zealots 58 draft. Non-ppr/IDP. I'm in "win now" mode.

1.04 Thomas, Daniel MIA RB (Took him over Ryan Williams since I think he'll contribute more immediately).

2.09 Brown, Vincent SDC WR (Traded him and the 5.02 for Austin Collie)

3.03 Irving, Nate DEN LB

6.11 Wilson, Martez NOS LB (Should post good numbers even if outside and could move inside sooner rather than later)

All 16 team IDP leagues

PPR .05/1.0/1.5

RB/3WR/TE (TE/RB Flex)

1.07

Greg Little

WR was my main need going into this draft and I was excited to see Rudnicki/Pasquino/Grant pass on Little at 4/5/6.

Little may start as my WR3 behind Wayne/Jennings

TRADE

I moved 1.15/4.12 for 2.06/3.13/4.3

I actually am desperate for QB and almost took Newton here, but just didn't feel right.

Made the trade to get some more depth.

2.06

Demeco Murrary

Having Felix, I figured I would secure the DAL running game.

I wasn't thrilled with this pick, and figured I would be greedy and would snag a QB with my 3.02 pick.

3.02

Taiwan Jones

This kinda blew up on me.

Figured one of the Qb's would fall to me, but did not anticipate Pasquino to take 3 QB's in the 1st 31 picks.

Went with Jones for depth and his potential upside.

3.13

DJ Williams

In hindsight, I think I may have been happier keep Cam Newton at 1.15 :)

This was more of a Finley handcuff

4.03

Ryan Mallet

Well I got my QB, this helped ease the trade a tiny bit

---------------------------

In this league, I only have Gore as my RB, but only will start 1 RB as I have 2 top TE to go with

1.10

Leshoure

Very happy with this fall, I expected to take a WR here, but was very happy to see him land here.

2.14

Jaquizz Rodgers

With only Fitzpatrick and Orton as viable QB's I probably could have gone Dalton or Locker, but I like Rodgers upside too much.

3.09

Bilal Powell

BPA again

4.08

DJ Williams

Also a Finley handcuff

----------------------------

Had several picks here, and just wanted to build depth

1.16

Jaquizz Rodgers

Might have been a tad early, but like his upside enought.

2.03

Kance Kendricks

TE's are a premium in my leagues, if he can become a viable starter this pick will be well worth it.

3.10

Robert Quinn

STUD DE's hold tremendous value, this was just taking a shot he could become one.

3.13

Denarrius Moore

3.14

DaQuan Bowers

I think he can be the best DE to come out of this class..for the 1st 3 years

3.15

DaRell Scott

4.05

Jabaal Sheard

Really liking this pick more and more.

4.16

Chad Spann

When he signs he will provide more value at that point, which i can try to deal or see how things play out

5.05

Ricky Stanzi

5.10

Noel Devine

5.15

Deandre Brown

(See 4.16 for comments)

10 Team, PPR, 1QB,3RB,4WR,Flex,TE,K,DefFWIW, I finished second last year. 2.6- Greg Little2.9- Shane Vareen3.9- Jaq. Rodgers4.9- Taiwan Jones5.4- Greg Salas5.5- Bilal Powell6.5- Jerome Simpson
Little lasted till 2.6 in a league where you can start FIVE WR's?? And you got Simpson at 6.5?? Crazy, unless maybe you can flex QB's too.

I had 8 picks in our rookie draft. 4 firsts,2 seconds & 2 thirds. Here's who I ended up with.1.2- A.J. Green WR1.3- Julio Jones WR1.5- Daniel Thomas RB1.6- Ryan Williams RB2.3- Randall Cobb WR2.4- Roy Helu RB3.6- Kyle Rudolph TE3.11- Austin Pettis WRI think I did alright.
Nice draft... Stole Cobb IMO

Zealots draft #11.12 QB Cam Newton, CAR2.4 QB Blaine Gabbert, JAX2.7 RB Kendall Hunter, SF2.9 WR Vincent Brown, SD (via trade)3.4 QB Andy Dalton, CIN3.10 WR Edmond Gates, MIA4.6 LB Jonas Mouton, SD5.2 RB Dion Lewis, PHI5.10 RB Jordan Todman, SD6.8 TE Robert Housler, ARII started off this draft with four picks (a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and a 5th) and after sending away Jason Campbell, Desmond Bishop, Tramon Williams, Austin Collie, and Louis Murphy in four separate trades, I ended up with these ten guys. I probably could've gotten a little more in a couple of the trades that I made, but I'm very pleased with the way the draft turned out.I knew I needed serious help at QB, since I had Schaub and pretty much nothing else, so I figure if one of the three I drafted is a superstar, then that's great. If two of them hit, then I had an incredible draft.Zealots draft #21.2 RB Mark Ingram, NO2.2 WR Vincent Brown, SD3.2 WR Edmond Gates, MIA4.2 RB Jordan Todman, SD5.2 LB Jonas Mouton, LB6.2 WR Tandon Doss, BALNo trades here, I just drafted from my position. Very happy to have gotten Ingram and Brown. I know I reached a little for Todman, but I do have Matthews. I like Gates' potential and I feel like Mouton could do well in SD. Doss was the best of what was left at that point, imo.
Nice picks in both drafts....
