Curious, for those of you doing rookie/FA drafts, where are you seeing Waller go?

Outside of superflex, IDP, or atypical rules such as a big bump in TE scoring, I'm surprised to see draft going anyway but Jacobs then Sanders/Montgomery or Montgomery/Sander at 1.01, 1.02 & 1.03.
Not to overreact to pre-season, but we do have new information and I'm surprised to see any WRs, or other RBs for that matter, break above them.

Third round has some gems that fell. JJAW, Preston Williams, Boykin, and Butler are all guys I would be so happy to snag in the 3rd round. Mattison, Sternberger, Pollard, and Meyers going in the 2nd appear to have made this possible. The more I look at this draft...its deep! Not great at the top but not a bad year to have loaded up on 2s and 3s.

We have deep benches.
I just checked his team and he has Cam and his handcuff which makes sense considering last year's injury and he's got Carr as his other QB.
We 'typically' go three deep at the QB position in our league, the starter and a capable backup with one young developmental guy since it is dynasty.
The handcuff to Cam will be dropped leaving him with Cam and Carr which isn't good. He needed a developmental guy and the only ones left were Daniel Jones and Haskins.
In our league where if you are left without a viable starting QB? Haskins is a good pick if you think he will develop into a viable starting QB.
I have no need of a QB but I would have taken Kyler Murray had he dropped to me because I think he will turn into a viable fantasy QB. I think Haskins is more of a gamble but I see why that particular team took him.
I have no idea why the rest of the fantasy community look down on rookie QBs so much. Maybe they don't play dynasty the way our league does where we value the long term upside and constantly have to develop them which places their value more like the NFL instead of going nutz over a rookie WR who takes a few years to develop, if they do and won't provide as much value and the position is diluted since you can start three wides but can only start one QB which means you better have a good one or you will be conceding points every game.
EDIT: He's going #13 ADP for rookie dynasty drafts overall so...

Was somewhat impressed with the late round knowledge at the startup draft last Fall. A lot less impressed leaving our first rookie draft. So much rookie meat left on the bone. I was not prepared for that, but probably should have been. This took place before Rodney Anderson's ACL. Even so, there are still multiple UDFAs that should have been going in the front half of this draft. Trying to move hell and earth to make room for them. NOTE: Have Mahomes, but it was really hard not using one of three late 1sts on Murray. Probably will live to regret not getting that trading chip. Figured I would be faced with a Hill vs Singletary at some point, and that was very painful at 2.3. Having to pass on Harris at 2.8 in favor of Campbell equally excruciating. Thrilled to get AJ Brown at the 3.2.
