PPR affect on relative position values (1 Viewer)

Just a quick thought without data (yet) to back it up. Doesn't PPR really reduce the relative value of the WR position by making the tiers more flat and deep. The possession guys catch up with the yardage ones and a couple WR3 even make it into the top 24.

TE's and especially every down RB's that catch well will benefit most at the VBD level using PPR.

I've always known my fellow owners in my 10yr-old auction league pay too much for WR's (many years I pay only min$) and I think PPR is the reason for their mistake.

I can see where it would do that. However, another reason it's done is to blunt the number of RB that fly off the board. PPR would drive up the value of a Westbrook as well as (potentially) bring your Steve Smiths and Chad Johnsons into the first round.

My :2cents: -- worth something less. ;)
