cha-ching ... should help a lot of Brady/Edelman owners in the FBG contest. Only question is whether those owners can survive week 2 if the Pats don't come back.

 
Seriously what was Chris Carr doing on that TD play? He had Edelman covered but he inexplicably looked away from the ball and looked at Edelman when he saw Brady throw it. If he was looking at the ball all he had to do was stick his arm out and knock it down, it was well within his reach.

What the hell was he doing?

 
Everyone in America rooting for the underdog instead of the team with the linebacker that killed that guy. Patriots fanbase continues to grow.

Not sure if it's been mentioned, but I don't think that muff recovery was challengeable. I think you might be able to challenge whether someone touched it while out of bounds, but actually having possession on a fumble recovery isn't challengeable, and I imagine the same rules apply to muffed kicks.

This would make sense of why they didn't challenge.
