Predict the KC backfield split in week 13 (1 Viewer)

With Damien out, lots of speculation in different threads about McCoy, Darrel and even darwin.

how do you see this playing out?  Touches breakdown? Snap %? Red zone?  Pass vs run?  How does the potentially windy weather affect it?

I think it goes one of two ways, either McCoy and Williams have near even touches and snaps, or Williams dominates. I don't think they out Shady back into the lead role. Just a gut feeling. I also think Darwin Thompson does play a few more but nothing significant.

I have almost dead similar to last game Damien sat - Williams 14 touches, Shady 12.  Shady averages 4.5 a carry, Williams 3.5. Williams outsnaps him by a healthy margin because of pass pro. Williams finds the end zone in the fourth, Shady in the first.

With as bad as the KC defense is and the way teams try to control the clock and limit KC’s possessions, they are starting to realize the one thing they absolutely cannot do....is turn the ball over. You can really say that Shady’s fumbles this year led directly to two of their losses and he had another one that wold have been game changing but it bounced right back to him.  Shady has not made any changes to his game even after being benched for putting it on the ground.  That is a long way of me saying I think it may be 75% Darrell this week.

Man I have a vested interest in this. Have McCoy. Don’t know what to do and I’m in the hole from Thursday....The only way I get Shady in is by sitting Fournette who has a really touch matchup. Probably nuts to even consider....

With the balls Fournette catches, his floor is somehwere near 12 points. Thats not getting benched in my world.

I think we see a lot more of Thompson than we did earlier in the season. He's had several more weeks to learn the offense and get his timing down.

Its a bold call, but I see this being a full 3 man RBBC. Probably a hot hand between the 3.

I'll say 12 touches for McCoy, 10 for Williams, and 8 for Thompson.

Wow! In other words no one knows crap lol.

I just happened to have picked up both McCoy and D Williams this week in one league. How in the heck did that happen?

Anyways, waiting for the dust to settle and have some "expert" out there narrow this down.

I'm carrying 5 RB's. I could start either one, both, or none. Hey, at least there are choices.

Who do you suppose the "goal line" back would be from 2 yards in? I can still see Shady at 5 yards in. Perhaps Darrel Williams at the 2 or 1?

Windy weather give an edge to the run game?

EDIT: That expert is Andy Reid and he doesn't even know who will be the hot hand.

i had a whole thing written up, but then i could so easily make all the counterarguments against each point, so this is probably coming down to a YOLO coin flip flex play for me...
