Has this perennial sleeper finally given up the ghost?

Edit: Nevermind, found him on injured reserve with the Toronto Argonauts - at least he's off the streets of America.

According to rotoworld:

David Boston has signed with the CFL's Toronto Argonauts.

Boston, 29, pleaded no contest last week to a charge of reckless driving. He made the Buccaneers out of training camp in 2007 before his arrest.

He's currently going off the board in the mid-late 2nd round of Canadian league Drafts
