Pro Bowl Teams Announced (1 Viewer)

Impressive to see Pouncey already continuing the Steeler tradition of great centers.
He's had a great rookie year, but should he really be ahead of Jeff Saturday or Nick Hardwick?
Living in Indy I can say he should be ahead of Saturday. Colts OL looked really bad during about 1/2 of season particularly interior and Saturday started year injured.

Ravens fans can correct me, but it probably has something to do with the ridiculous percentage of touchbacks he got on his kickoffs. Not as money as Bironas on FGs, but makes up for it on kickoffs.
Very true. Cundiff is a weapon on kickoffs. Over 50% of his kicks this year were touchbacks. I would've also made a case for Sam Koch over Shane Lechler as the punter. He put half his punts inside the 20 where Lechler was only 36% effective at pinning the other team deep. Steve Weatherford of the NYJ also looks like he was deserving of consideration as the punter based on inside the 20, fair catches, and low % of returned punts.Trying to guess the B-More Pro Bowlers the other day, my guesses were:CundiffKochNgataSuggsand possibly ReedNo one on Offense and no Ray.

Pats got two gifts this year, I can't fathom Meriwether or Mankins deserving it this year. The former was benched for a few games by his own coaches and the latter sat out much of the season.

I agree, but once Mankins rejoined the team, he was clearly the best guard in the league.

It was Seubert that deserves to go, not O'Hara. O'Hara only played 6 games for the Giants due to a foot injury. Seubert wouldn't be able to play however due to knee surgery.

I was afraid of this. The whole "Matty Ice" persona has given him a mystique and Rodgers got snubbed. :goodposting:
You were afraid of it?Anyway, I think Rodgers is a great QB but who would you rather take...3700 yards28 TDs9 INTs3900 yards28 TDs11 INTsWorse Team Record...and the Falcons won the HTH.I think they're very comparable, so I can understand GB fans wanting their guy and Falcons fans wanting Ryan With very similar stats though, you have to take the guy who led is team to the #1 seed in NFC and tied Marino's record for wins in their first 3 years.
