I think Osgood definitely deserved it last year when Hanik Milligan went instead. This year, I'm not sure.

Exactly.The NFC QB's were definitely a couple notches below the AFC QB's. In the AFC guys like Brady are out while in the NFC it was just pick'em between Romo/Bulger/Vick/Grossman.
Not sure where you guys are hearing this ... nfl.com shows Rivers and Palmer (and Peyton) as the AFC QBs.I was disappointed that Colston got snubbed. Guess it was the injury.

Agreed. IMO, TP is the best S in the game, arguably one of the best defenders, when healthy. BUT, the pro-bowl really should be about performance instead of name recognition.I'm shocked that Brady didn't make it. Rivers did better this year, but most QBs with LT would. Kevin Williams? Name recognition, or does he really dominate? I just haven't seen too many Vikings games this year. I do have him on my FF team, he hasn't produced squat.

Yea. For those scoring at home, the "middle of the defense IR'd" refers to Peterson(MLB) and Darius(SS) being on IR. Not only has Stroud missed many games, but he was playing hurt in several others. Well obviously team records don't come into play because Colston has 26 less total yards and three more TDs than Boldin, and plays on an awful team and still got selected. Yards per game is also not a great metric. I mean we could have a guy play four games and have 150 yards per and 5 Tds after all. I think it has to be overall stats. But yeah, Colston deserved it. And for some reason I was looking for Eli's name on the Pro Bowl list above and could not locate him.... Hats off to AJ Smith for a draft day coup that netted three Pro Bowlers for a guy that has yet to make it to Hawaii.
