The Next Round
“[Jalen Milroe] has a gravitational pull about the way he carries himself. Doesn’t ever walk by you in the hallway without saying hello, asking about your family…
A QB and punter are a DC’s two best friends, so I like to hang out with my friends.” @KaneWommack
@AlabamaFTBL
“He’s a baller, he’s a dog.“
Ryan Williams said Jalen Milroe was apologizing to the wide receivers on the sideline during the LSU game because he felt like he wasn’t getting them the ball enough.
@Ryanwms1 response: “Bro, look at your stats. We don’t care. We winning…”

It's well-established Alabama's Jalen Milroe has 𝙂𝘼𝙈𝙀-𝘾𝙃𝘼𝙉𝙂𝙄𝙉𝙂 speed for the position. We're talking Lamar & Michael Vick level wheels.
On this 72-yard TD, @JalenMilroe hit 22.5 mphfor our data partners at @TelemetrySports, which equates to 4.3 40 time. Milroe's previous max speed was 22.4 earlier this season.
Simply dusts LSU's secondary here.

It is scary if that throw to Ryan Williams is considered a highlight. He basically sends up a prayer and Williams does the rest.
4th round rookie pick at best in dynasty 1qb. Personally I'm not wasting a roster spot on him.Terrelle Pryor of 2025 draft
Recent years how many QB from Alabama have been good in the NFL, not so good when playing with the big boys.

Hurts is legit and Tua is very good...Mac Jones is nothing more than a backup (if that) and it looks like Bryce Young is not going to work-out...none of their starting QBs before that were real pro prospects, they were all college QBs...so I would say right now they are batting .500 when playing with the "big boys."

Man your bar is really low.
This guy is not a winner in the NFL. And the Dolphins will opt out of his contract in 2026 no doubt in my mind. Unless of course he retires before that due to another head injury.
He throws a pretty ball on passes under 25 yards. Can’t move if his life depended on it. Can rarely make any off script plays, and has had the advantage of arguably the best YAC and most explosive WR in the league with Tyreek Hill. When teams focus on minimizing Tyreeks impact and take away the middle of the field (ie winning teams) this guy is below average and can’t beat winning teams.
NFL hyped…..he is not elite.

Why don't we calm down with the "hilarious" and your bar is low shots...he is a really good starting QB in the NFL...I think it is pretty obvious to see...is he Mahomes, Allen or Burrow...obviously not but he is a legit NFL QB who can get a team to the playoffs like he did last year when he passed for 4,264 yards and had 29 TDs..if you want to question his durability that is very legit but when he plays he is a quality NFL starter.
Actually, it's just another data point, no everything. A lot more goes into winning NFL games than the name of the person lining up under center. And that fact is going to be crucial for Milroe's future. You are really not seeing what he is. Overall Numbers don’t always tell you what someone is.
But his numbers vs “winning” teams says everything.

Raiders have their sights set on Shedeur. There isn't a better pairing in NFL history than the Sanders Circus in Las Vegas.RaidersYou know very well someone will take the leap if he declares.

He's not an NFL QB and nobody convine me otherwiseStatistically Milroe has played the 2 worst games in the last 15 years by an Alabama QB...over the last month. That includes guys like Jacob Coker, Blake Barnett, and the converted DB Blake Sims. His floor is incredibly low.
I don't base it off one game. I also watched the Tenn game this year when they took away his running lanes, and he delivered another dud.A random Week 13 college game is 100% a sign of how an entire NFL career will go.You know very well someone will take the leap if he declares.

He had a bad day today. Still fully think he's a future NFL starter. I think anyone drafting Milroe knows he's not a finished product. He's still the prospect with the highest ceiling in my eyes. Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen weren't anywhere near as close to a finished product to say Baker Mayfield a few years back.

Hes not. The nfl will destroy him
Maybe the packers can draft him in the 2nd?a team takes him to sit on the bench and learn for a year or two then I'll give him a chance, but this is the NFL where immediate returns are what QB desperate teams seek.
Love is 26. I don’t think they would waste a 2nd round pick on a QB. Why would they?Maybe the packers can draft him in the 2nd?a team takes him to sit on the bench and learn for a year or two then I'll give him a chance, but this is the NFL where immediate returns are what QB desperate teams seek.
Now watch the Tennessee game...which was the worst QB performance by a Bama QB in the last 15 years. His inability to execute to mid-range wide open receivers is on display there. So, watching more than just a couple highlights, I actually didn't think Milroe was anywhere near as bad as his numbers looked against Oklahoma. His pass catchers were awful, with several drops. 2 of the INTs I'd say were not on Milroe at all. The pick-six was 100% on him. Now I'm not gonna claim he played a good game, but I think people look at the stats and get a worse impression than it really was. He had a nice deep TD throw where the WR couldn't stay in bounds.
He's inconsistent, sure. So are a lot of athletic QBs who go on to be successful in the NFL. I saw nothing in that game that made me think Milroe shouldn't be a 1st rounder, especially when contrasted with the majority of what I've seen the last 2 years.
I’m mostly joking about the packers MO in finding their next QB and the time Milroe might need to develop.Love is 26. I don’t think they would waste a 2nd round pick on a QB. Huge assumption that he’d be welcomed back as the starter. DeBoer has a 6’6” kid who followed him from UW, along w portal $.

The important part is he came with Deboer from UW...possibly over Julian Sayin, who decommitted from Bama the day after Mack transferred to Bama. Deboer clearly thinks he's a great fit for the offense he wants to run (an offense he's also said he had to scale back for Milroe).Imagine how good he would be if he was 6’7” like Brock Osweiller was.Huge assumption that he’d be welcomed back as the starter.
