Because Lisfranc injuries seem impossible to diagnose and the coach now has to take his 14-25 record and fight for his job's existence? Lesser men have left Post-it notes in the locker room to announce they're going back to the warm embrace of the NCAA but that won't do these days. Daboll's breaking medical tents on the sideline. That's why you get a coach that doesn't seem to care, like Kliff Kingsbury. He just disappears somewhere in Europe in the offseason and comes back saying he watched every second of the NFL in the offseason so he's ready for Jayden, Marcus, or whoever. At least he doesn't have to coach 5'8" up to 5'11" anymore.

I thought this was kind of interesting when I saw it last weekend. I was like, "Why are they showing Brissett instead of Murray?" I then thought if BSPN knows something about this coming week.

I dropped in my 10 man league. To many moving parts for me to deal with here. Toss in he wasn't actually playing very good.
I wonder if Monte is trading him or trying to. I'm sure big contracts make it difficult.
He doesn't have the same fire as he did at OU and first couple years. Not close. My head wanders watching him. Spend time w Baker in off-season? Ceedee? Something's gotta stir him up

Someone else dropped him our 10 man league. I picked him up to start in place of Hurts during the bye week. Already dropping agan.
I've had that same thought. Like, get a half season from Kyler to see if he just needs a change of scenery, and if the problem is bigger than that, you know not to offer big money in FA. Kyler's dead cap is about the same as Russell Wilson's was in Denver. They'd have to do some work to make that work.
Problem is, who does that make sense for? Cleveland if they aren't high on this year's QB class? Vikings if they truly don't think McCarthy is ready? Jets? Saints if they think Shough sucks?
The other alternative is high-end backup for a Super Bowl contender. Or do the Darnold/Jones thing, as a short-term backup in a big-time offense, but those guys were cut and not traded.
